LEG & BOOTY WORKOUT WITH FOOT INJURY I Hurt Foot Workout Without Equipment!

  • You can still workout with a foot injury! With this amazing leg and booty workout for anyone who hurt their foot! This sequence focuses on your lower body so you don't loose any muscles while you are injured but that you actually grow your muscles! Hurting your foot can be devastating but that doesn't mean that you can't continue exercising.
    This workout will be performed 100% on that mat (no standing) and you don't need any equipment! You can therefore do it anywhere, anytime!
    I tore my ankle playing tennis and filmed this video for you one week after the accident.
    I hope with this video you'll find some motivation to continue exercising!

    I love love love this workout, thank you! Couldn't tell you how many times I've come back to it as I've been dealing with an ankle injury over the last months that ultimately needed surgery. Workouts like these have been so helpful for my sanity.

    I broke my ankle in April and had to have surgery to fix it. My leg atrophied pretty bad. I can finally start working out again and this has my booty shaking! Lol. I will definitely be doing this workout a couple times a week! Thank you!

    I have a stress fracture and it’s so hard finding workouts like this, thanks 😊. I also used a resistance band during this whole workout to make it a bit more difficult

    I fractured my fibula so I have been trying to find workouts during recovery! Booty is burning!!! I added inner thigh workout with a pilates ring-- Thank YOU for a great workout!

    7 weeks ago, I torn my ankle-ligaments! It happened when I was on a holiday. They used the wrong treatment on me, so I'm still not recovered.. 😮‍💨 I used to go to the gym 4 times a week and I miss it alot! So, thank you so, so much for this workout 💙

      Make sure you get it treated. I waited 4 months before going to the doc and now I’ve been in a boot for months. Just for bruising! I think if I had treated it right away it would have healed faster.
