Love your videos and like that most of them are standing only. Even though I'm 30+ years past giving birth, these exercises are relevant to me. One comment on this video, I wish your countdown beeps were audible for all the transitions. I have done this video many times and if I'm not looking up I miss the transition on the pendulum and end up doing it on 1 leg only. If you aren't watching the video it's easy to miss a transition to another move when there's no beep to warn you. I enjoy your workouts! I do 4 of them in a row that target different areas and get in a great 40 minute workout! Thank you Sally!
I am new to this channel and I must say your 10 minutes work outs are absolutely fab. They are very effective and that too in just 10 minutes. I am sweating but so happy❤❤
I have always been in good shape ~ then around age 50 I noticed my body changing. Being 5 "2 & weighing 106 pound's doesn't indicate a healthy body. I began to see skin on my lower arms flapping. My tummy was becoming lose . I began to consider surgery as I'm very " body conscious. Then I decided to follow Sally ~ after doing many of her workouts I don't need surgery. I needed to work the muscles that mother nature was attacking. I'm in way better shape & can attest that if you push yourself & do daily workouts with Sally you can improve your body .
I really enjoyed the music choice and also this way of exercise was perfect for me. I felt it work and it wasn’t too much I have a disc disease by the Grace of the Holy Spirit that entered my body I don’t feel that horrifying pain that disrupted my every day life ! Thank you ! I don't know her video but I'll def take a look. Thanks for sharing. There are typical exercises to train your core in a standing position so the likelihood of the exercises being in other videos as well is very high.

Love it! Being doing it every day 😊 my body type is slim, exercising 40 days after 2 baby delivery, and after a day i can already see reduced tummy, i combine it with other 10 minute exercises, 1 hour total
This is rhe second of your workouts I have tried. I like them very much! Standing is good, you can do them everywhere. No jumping is very good for my hurt tendon. Nothing "brutal", very flowy and though effective. Even a bit cardio...great!
First day trying this workout and so far so good. The only thing I would suggest is cutting out profane music because sometimes our children are in the room OR we might not be comfortable with it ourselves. Otherwise, enjoying the video. Thank you so much!!! 💓
I love this workout but, I believe you should have a better buzzer for those of us who learn or know the moves that would indicate when you are switching sides or finished with that move. 🙂
There are some good moves here, but I do some workouts with my child so a warning about the background music would be helpful. It contained explicit language and it was so loud I had a hard time hearing the beeps, plus whenever there’s music I always want to work out to the beat, but many of your moves couldn’t go to the beat is the beat was too fast.
deffo loved this workout, im in another country so im going to alot of places. so a standing workout is great since you can do it almost everywhere you want and the workout was quite fun to do, easy and doesnt hurt as much as most workouts do, thank you!!❤
Don't you worry about the 🎵 there are some of us that like the rhythm to pump it up!!!😂😂😂😂life it's too short especially after the 2020!!!! Spot reduction is NOT a thing! It's not scientifically possible and our body doesn't interpret targeted exercise to only and solely burn fat in one area....I enjoyed your other workout videos but this is misinformation
I’m planning on doing this and the 10 min slim arms and back workout everyday for fourteen days as well as sticking to a healthier diet, but no restricting and we’ll see how it goes. Right now I’m at 170lbs and I’ll weigh myself after every week and I’ll take my measurements Day 1: ✅ I’m not in the best shape so I had to take a few mini breaks 😭 but I got through it 🙏
My two problem areas are lower belly and bra bulge 😭 I found this and your back fat/ bra bulge workout so I’m going to do those - how often do you suggest doing these to see results? I feel like I’ve plateaued.
So I did this workout and felt no soreness in my abs the next day but my calf muscles were killing me! Not sure this is an ab workout as much as some aerobics.
After a couple of weeks, my form is getting better, as is my recovery time! You make it look so effortless; but, it ain't -- at least not for a 71 year old ;)! Thank you for this quick, standing workout!!!

Amazing, this workout was hard but it wasn’t too hard. It didn’t tear me to shreds like others I’ve tried.

Very good but I couldn’t hear the sound to change moves when I was focusing on my moves and not the video. Kept stopping and going back.

Both standing and floor ab workouts can be effective, but they target your core muscles in slightly different ways!
Barefoot is better, shoes give foot distortion and week ankles , knee and hip problems from internal Rotation
