    I had the ultrasound guided micro release on December 29th and was at the gun range the next day shooting handguns. My first one was the endotec way of doing it and the micro is a superior procedure. The endotec method was done December 5th and the ultrasound guided micro release healed faster. You doctors who are adopting this method are to be commended for doing it.

    It would’ve been really cool if he had noted whether or not he felt the procedure since it was live and inside him.

    fantastic video! what volume did you inject in total? just dextrose or dextrose diluted din saline? if so, at what ratio? thank you for uploading this

      Nerve hydrdissection with dextrose 5% (in sterile water) is a great non surgical treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome. You can also use PRP injection for carpal tunnel syndrome.

    Could you please address the claim made by skeptical doctors that the solution is immediately absorbed back into the body and the tissues go back to the way they were? Thank you.

      The solution from the nerve hydrodissection (either dextrose or PRP) is absorbed quickly in the tissue and nerve. But it already did the job of breaking up adhesions and freeing up the nerve. The absorbed dextrose/PRP work on the nerve to decrease nerve inflammation and initiate nerve regeneration. integrativerehabmedicine.com/fort-myers-naples-cape-coral-fl-neuropathy-treatment

      Most nerve hydrodissection is done with low concentration dextrose (neuro prolo). This is a great alternative treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome and other neuropathy. A series of several treatments can provide long term relief. Sometimes we use PRP for carpal tunnel syndrome and other nerve compressions as well, this can provide even better and longer results. If one continues the path that got them to the condition in 1st place, then nothing will be permanent, even carpal tunnel surgery is not a permanent fix (symptoms can return).

    Is that a 5% dextrose for injection? How many volumes you prepare for the procedure, 5 or 10 mL?

    Great video. Is this method also effective for cubital tunnel / ulnar nerve pain in the elbow? How long does the treatment last?

      Nerve hydrodisection is a great treatments for cubital tunnel, carpal tunnel and any nerve compression (neuropathy) syndromes. You can eliminate the condition with several treatments along with therapy and activity modification.

    Doctor here. I tried doing it on a patient the other day. I couodnt get the nerve dissected off the tcl. Would that be scars? Ive done this successfully many times before but this median nerve was enlarged. Lost its honey comb appeaeance and was enlarged. How would scarring present as?

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  11 місяців тому +1

      Scaringa nd fibrosis can be present around the median nerve. This will look as fluffy white border around the nerve. You need to get close to the nerve and dissect that out.

      nerve hydrodissection for carpal tunnel or other nerve compression can be safely done with dextrose/water, saline, prp or saline and small amount of steroids. Each have a different mechanism of action.

    I had this procedure done to me 3 weeks ago. The evening after the treatement I felt a very minimal tingling in the index finger, which grew into a sharp pain when doing certain movements over the next 2 days. After the 2 days a small hematoma appeared in my wrist which dissapeared after a few days. The first week I was moving my hand freely and exercised it to the point of fatigue, since the doctor prescribed returnig to normal activities right away, and he attributed the discomfort to the nerve waking up. After 6 days, I began to rest the hand, because the pain was growing each day. It's been 2 more weeks and I still have some discomfort. I did strain my wrist a couple of times over these 2 weeks, and I was wearing my watch on several days. I am now wearing a splint to sleep and during part of the day. I think some tissue on my hand was injured during the procedure, and I made it worse by forcing my wrist. What do you suspect went wrong?

      Nerve hydrodissection is a great treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy and fibular (peroneal) neuropathy. I typically use either 5% dextrose or PRP for my nerve hydrodissections.

      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  Рік тому +2

      As you can see, hydrodissection of the median nerve in the carpal tunnel is very quick and not painful (as you can see me talking right through it). There is no need to "sedate" the hand. This is a good alternative to carpal tunnel surgery and very effective treatment.

    Difference between this and steroid injection ?

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  Рік тому +5

      There are two differences in this carpal tunnel treatment. This is a nerve hydrodissection that uses a large volume of 5% dextrose solution around the nerve to release the nerve from any scar tissues. 5% dextrose decreases nerve inflammation without the side effects of the steroids. Several studies have showed that nerve hydrodissection alone for carpal tunnel improves symptoms long term. Dextrose carpal tunnel injection have been shown to be more effective than steroids.
