    My experience is that my functionality increased substantially from this innovative procedure and I walk with more confidence and increased balance, making movement much safer for me. At long last I can dance and jump without fear of falling--now I just move where I want without having to be carefully aware of each step. My nerve damage was severe and I was told by a previous doctor that I would not get any better so you can imagine how wonderful this improvement feels.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. Nerve hydrodissection with PRP is a safe and effective neuropathy treatment for many neuropathies such as Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS), Diabetic Neuropathy, CIDP Neuropathy and other nerve injuries. With nerve hydrodissection, we can treat nerve pain, treat numbness and weakness and improve balance.

    Some critical websites say that the solution injected during a hydrodissection is reabsorbed by the body just minutes after, therefore the procedure is ineffective. How would you respond to this?

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  2 роки тому +1

      Nerve hydrodissection comes with many benefits. The pure mechanical part of the stretching of the tissues around the nerve provides quick relief and frees up the nerve. The solutions such as dextrose is absorbed by the nerve, this quickly decreases neurogenic inflammation. If PRP is used and activated, this can sometimes stick around the nerve for days, releasing growth factors that stimulate nerve healing. How many treatments might it take to feel any benefit from nerve inflammation. Peroneal nerve and top of toes along with bottom of toes. Peroneal nerve caused by a cast 30 months ago. Surreal nerve damage from surgery, but not cut

      Nerve hydrodissection is an effective treatment of neuropathy that can often provide longterm results. Sometimes patients notice a huge decrease in pain after one treatment, sometimes it take 2-45 treatments for resolution of symptoms. This treatment is effective for neuropathy pain as well numbness and weakness. the surreal nerve and peroneal nerve respond to this very well (see my video on foot drop ua-cam.com/video/0zqyBagi6GY/v-deo.html).

    I want to ask, the soles of my feet feel like they are being electrocuted when I touch them, then the bottom of my feet feels numb and what's worse is that if my feet are hit by an object it will be very painful, can this disease be called peripheral neuropathy?

    Can you use this as a treatment for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome or Dorsal Scapula nerve entrapment?

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  2 роки тому +2

      I use nerve hydrodissection of the brachial plexus above and below the clavicle to treat thoracic outlet syndrome. It is a great alternative to surgery and can provide long term relief if combined with therapy and postural and activity changes. I also treat the dorsal scapular nerve for scapular and thoracic pain, it is a branch of the C5 nerve root, can be treated at the neck, over the 2nd rib and near the medial border of the scapula. I believe that Nerve Hydrodissection with dextrose or PRP is the best treatment for neuropathy. It treats pain and numbness as well as it helps to restore nerve function. It is a great treatment for Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS), a treatment for CIDP, a treatment for diabetic neuropathy, a treatment for foot drop and a treatment for nerve damage of all sorts. There is hope for neuropathy sufferers. :)

      High quality PRP with moderate concentration is the best ingredient for the treatment of neuropathy. It is a wonderful alternative to medications and other toxic agents such as steroid injections.

    When a skilled practitioner does ultrasound guided prp injections to a nerve, is it safe to say that the nerve will also get hydrodissected in the process?

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, the inflamed and injured nerve should be released with hydrodissection when using PRP as a treatment for neuropathy. This will allow the nerve to move freely and receive all blood flow and nutrients needed for nerve healing.

    How do you know in which segment of the length of the nerve you should do the injection or do you inject in several parts of the nerve

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  Рік тому

      A neuropathy treatment with PRP is very comprehensive and time consuming. Many segments of the nerve are treated, this is based on common compression areas and the findings on the physical, EMG and imaging exam.

    Could this help me with nerve damage when the nerve is completly numb?
    The pain started 1 year ago. I have muscle contractions douring sleep in the pelvic floor, and it happens every night. With physical therapy it have gotten better but my pelvic area have been completly numb the past 2 months.

      You should get evaluated by your local doctor 1st, consider a lumbar MRI. Nerve hydrodissection can help with damaged nerves, but you need a good diagnosis and rule out other important conditions.

      Muscles can shrink (atrophy) if the nerves to them are damaged. Treating nerve damage (neuropathy) with PRP can restore nerve function, this will reactivate the muscle and help it regain strength, mass and function. I also inject the PRP and platelet poor plasma into the weak muscles, this will deliver the growth factors directly to the muscles and stimulate muscle growth and regeneration.

    Do you also perform these procedures near the spine and scapula area?

    • @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805
      @sebastianklisiewiczintegra9805  2 роки тому +1

      Nerve hydrodissection with Dextrose or PRP can be used to treat the brachial plexus and cervical plexus to help with neck, shoulder and arm pain. This can be used for cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve form a disc herniation). Nerve hydrodisection can also be done to treat the dorsal scapular nerve and the spinal accessory nerve that contribute to scapular and posterior shoulder pain. This is a great treatment for any neuropathy or nerve compression syndrome. Read more: integrativerehabmedicine.com/treatments-nerve-injections
