No cuts, no fancy edits, no shouting, no animation, nothing... just 2 charming hosts who know their stuff... excellent video.
It's like Bert and Ernie helping me with my chronic hand pain
Ernie cuffed the skeleton up side the head and Bert gave him a dirty look. So, true to their relationship.
interesting points ,if anyone else is searching for all natural treatment for carpal tunnel try Pycanta Tunnel Syndrome Protocol (just google it ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate got excellent success with it.
Yup 😂

You guys have saved my 28 year old 80 year old body so many times
Glad to hear that! :)
Gosh, I feel the same. Can't believe my wrist is in this condition at 30 years old. So depressing.
Same 16 and 60 here
@@Urumi89 22 with severe wrist pain
@@Wapamdon I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia but I think I have carpal tunnel too :-(
Once again absolute sound advice that makes sense and really helps. I am a housekeeper/cleaner in New ealand and you guys have helped me in more ways than you'll ever know. Anyone has a problem with their body I always recommend Bob and Brad. Hell even some of your quotes at the start have snapped things into perspective for me too. Please keep doin' what you're doin', top show, thank you, 10/10. Bob and Brad for President!.
I just want to add that keeping yourself in good posture throughout the day helps with many of these "pinched nerve" type situations.
How can anyone not love these guys... they’re so helpful and funny!
I've watched all your carpal tunnel videos in a row, and started doing the exercises along with you. 20 mins in, my pain has decreased considerably! Thank you, guys!
aztecprincessno1 have you enjoyed sustained relief with these exercises? I'm just starting and hoping to avoid surgery.
How often did you do these exercises? Daily, or more spread out?
bull shit
Yeah, I'm sensing bullshit here too.

I got the symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome from painting at an easel. Did your exercises and it relived the pain immediately! Thank you!
you guys never fail. I could actually feel my nerves sliding. gonna keep it light for now, but thank you guys for always coming through!
thank you you much my friends. this is actually USEFUL STUFF here. no bs, no trying to sell someone desperate soul something. MUCH APPRECIATION! Giving hope to folks in need is a most commendable thing!
A few weeks ago I started feeling this pain in my wrist which sounded like carpal tunnel syndrome. It started after several weeks and many continuous hours hunched over my sewing machine working on multiple gowns and suits for my daughter’s wedding. After watching this video about the median nerve starting at the neck, this now makes sense that my problem is most likely at the neck. When I sew I have to use both hands/arms forward to feed the fabric into the machine and my head down and forward. It’s very different when I work on my computer where I can have the screen up at my eye height so my head/neck is straight. No other video suggested the problem could be at the neck, thanks for a great educational video - just love your work. I’m going to undertake your 3 step program, wish me luck.
My mother is really suffering with carpal tunnel, so I will be sharing this video with her. However, what frustrates me about these self-help videos is the instructors don't usually explain how often and how long to do the exercises each day.
How is she now?
You did more for me in less than 15 min then 4 weeks of 40 min P/T. Thank you!
I cant wait to see more videos. You guys are awesome!
You two are hilarious! I refer my patients to you guys all the time. Keep those videos coming!
Thanks for sharing this info. I nearly had surgery a couple of years ago. Osteopath diagnosed a tight pec muscle. Fixed in one session with follow up exercises similar to ones you're showing here including neck. Issue hasn't returned and my doctor was amazed :)
Thank you. You guys ROCK!!!
I have had chronic pain since a horse riding accident almost 20 years ago and developed tennis elbow and carpal tunnel this year. Doing your gentle stretches have helped me so much. Bless you both!
You're welcome Dianne :) Glad that we could help!
Thank you!! I have watched several of your videos and your information always helps. I just, very carefully, did these stretches and the pain in the top of my forearm from, right below the elbow, heading towards my wrist is gone! And, I can really feel the nerve from my index, middle and ring finger releasing. Thank you so much. Priceless.
Interesting comments about using a splint at night. I recently had and emg/ncs and there isn’t nerve involvement. No surgery, no PT. The neuromuscular neurologist said he finds people can often improve by just wearing the splint!
This was a really comprehensive video on this topic. Thanks Bob and Brad! You’re the best!
Just started doing the stretches and instantly feel better thank you !
These are really great exercises. I went to a hand doctor & they had me bend my wrists w/hands together which gave me these finger sensations, however, my elbows were bent. So this gave false readings (they didn't understand). I get issues in the winter with my fingers when my elbows are bent. So I love these exercises you showed because the elbows are not bent. This is what I needed all along. I do so much with my hands (typing, knitting, piano, brushing my dog's long hair & getting snarls out, gardening) and they really need this stretching relief. You two are the first therapists that have gotten this right with what to do. I wish I had found you 10-20 years ago when I was all cramped up from so much typing work. Pulling out files at work, especially very thick & heavy ones, really hurt my thumb & overextended it. I'm still trying to heal it.
You’re so helpful. Working at home on the computer all day wrecks your body if you don’t move it enough or position your body correctly. Learning better ways to stay healthy with all your videos. Thank you!
You Doctors are seriously amazing. What u guys talk about has helped me more than the drs I have seen in my local area. Thank you.
Journey with you guys begins today, I wake up in the middle of the night in so much pain in my right hand I can hardly breath, shaking and rubbing until some relief, I hope these excercises help will keep you updated.

Thanks so much, guys. I always enjoy your bantering style but most of all, your results-getting instructional videos!
Within minutes of doing some of the suggested postures, I experienced instant relief. Beautiful video! Thanks, guys!
so glad to hear that:) thank you for the nice comment!
I woke up with pain, looked up carpal tunnel, found you, when I did the exercises, oh my.....relief. Thank you so much.
Wow!!! Literally cured me within 3 minutes of watching the video and doing the chest stretch, you are incredible.
You guys have helped me so much. I had a jammed finger and now this from playing guitar and your videos have helped me get right back into it so quickly. Life savers
Thank you! I started feeling relief as soon as I fixed my posture
thanks guys not just for the exercises (which helped) but also the peace of mind. tingling fingers can be worrying!
I had CT surgery. Totally wrong surgery. Made a clicking thumb the least of my worries. My left hand, wrist, and up to elbow feel like I'm having a heart attack 24/7. Lost all muscle strength, loss of feeling (heat, cold, pressure, injuries...), and my hand is shrinking to skin on bone. Surgeon refused to see me after PT said I have permanent nerve damage from the surgery. Moral: See your attorney BEFORE any surgery.
omg...
Wow. Sorry to hear. I have CT and feel so afraid.
Don’t ever get surgery if you don’t have to. I saw an ortho today due to pain in my thumb, index finger, and middle finger and he immediately said its CTS. I think the nerve pain is radiating from my neck but the dr didn’t hear me out and I am knowledgeable (a LPTA here) and he said oh we can do surgery and it will be an easy fix. He came to this conclusion after a 2 min assessment. I refuse surgery when I’m not completely sure if the problem is originating in my wrist. People please do your research. So many drs love to cut on ppl immediately. As a therapist, I’m surprised he didn’t recommend PT first. Always get a second opinion. Also noted... I’ve only been symptomatic with intermittent pain and swelling for 2 WEEKS!
So sorry .
You helped me with my sciatica pain last year and now back at you again with carpal tunnel syndrome. Thank you I hope it'll work for me
Yes! As soon as you said it comes from way up near the neck, I knew you were onto it. My massage therapist helps, but I can only afford to do that occasionally. Now I can find relief with these stretches--thanks!
Thanks a lot Bob & Brad! You just helped another guy here in Philippines! My right hand is curling to form a claw. I thought I was like having a stroke, but when I did the simple exercise you demonstrated, man it eased the pain and numbness! Thanks a lot, more power to your channel!
Hello po taga ph din ako, ask ko lang po kung may carpal tunnel pa rin po ba kayo? Or kahit namamanhid yung apat nyong daliri? Kasi po merom po akong ganyang case ngayon e, di ko po alam kung kaya bang gamotin ng hindi inooperahan. TYIA!!❤
Just watched several other videos on CT which never stressed the fact you are treating the nerve and not the muscle. I think everyone's tendency would be to use a lot of pressure (kind of like a gym workout where stress = results), and these other videos did NOT impress the fact these movements are to be gentle. Thank you for keeping me from getting in trouble!
Oh my gravy! Those stretches felt great!!!! Thank you so much!!!
Bless you guys. Have just started going through this painful "wakeup" and now I know what to work on. Thanks!!
Subscription done ✔. I am suffering for CTS since 5 months and under medication since 2 months. After doing your stretching exercises I am feeling much much better and I can work without any pain. Thanks to both of you
Thank y'all so much. I really appreciate your time and intelligence giving out this free, much needed information.
Thank you so much, I will do everything you both said. Thanks 🙏🏼
I’m very grateful for these videos and to these doctors who share their knowledge with the world. That’s awesome. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 😘😘😘
How are u feeling now
Not doctors, physiotherapist.
Thank you so much! I have been suffering from this condition since the mid of 2016 and today I have found the right exercises to ease my pain. It felt so good doing your stretches and I will continue doing them and will update on it.
Thank you so much for your videos!!!! You guys are great. You gave me some exercises that brought so much relief to me. I remember going to physical therapy and they did not do the exercises that you guys did. After a couple of weeks the pain came back. But I will implement these exercises and follow them faithfully. thanks again.
The content you guys produce is fanatstic. I can't thank you enough!

Thank you for the video. I have been on treatment for carpal tunnel for three months now and the pain hasn't gone away. I will incorporate these exercises.
I'm so grateful to you men!
Once again, I have a pain (carpal tunnel) and your expertise helped me immediately!
I didn't have a towel handy so I used my opposite hand to press down on my 1st rib area like Bob did, and the pain instantly stopped!
I'm going to do everything you suggested in this video including buying a brace to sleep in.
Many prayers to you Bob and blessings to you both!!
This was great information. My hands and wrists have been hurting a while now and Primary Care doc says I have CTS. I've always believed it originated from my neck because I spent 30 years hunched over a desk and my neck shoulders have been paying for it. After this video you’ve validated my thoughts about the neck playing a part in my CTS. Thanks and I love your videos and watch them regularly.
I agree. After going to a chiropractor, I found I had a pinched neck nerve. He fixed it and the hand/wrist issue went away. (I also had electrical tingles down my arm & I knew they didn't come from my wrist.)
I got the surgery on both hands and it was actually the best thing I've done .
Is there a scar afterwards??? Time to recover??? Does insurance cover it?
Then this video isn't meant for you.
I just figured out today what was causing all this pain and numbness. Thank so much for this very helpful video!
I am very grateful of you guys.❤️
You just got a new subscriber from germany ( studing physiotherapy myself )
You guys are sympathic in an instant :)
I hope a lot of people come across your videos, it will spare them pain, time & money trying to find relief. This is about all you can do. Oh and patience, it takes time to heal.
Thanks a lot guys! These exercises really helped me out. I'm a guitar player studying music performance in university, so my CT really gets in the way on a bad day
How are you doing now Alex?
OMG what a flashback!!! the breathing exercise took me back to my doctors office when she said breathe with your gut. spot on sirs ;)
thank you folks so much! this is really helpful while i’m waiting to get an appointment with a doctor to get my pain looked at. appreciate what you do :)
This is amazing. I haven't been able to feel two of the fingers on my left hand for a couple years, but haven't been able to get in to see anyone because of Covid restrictions. Started doing the stretches shown in this video a few days ago, and some of the sensation has already returned. You guys have helped me with a few other things along the way; you're the BEST.
How many times a day u've done the stretches?
@@MSAMY-gi2dy I don't count, but pretty much whenever I sit down, before I do anything else, I do a few stretches. It takes a few seconds, and I feel a LOT better.
@@pegburke638 thanks for replying. I've been suffering for more than two years. I will try to do the stretches on a daily basis.
is it getting better?

You guys are a kick! Thanks so much. I'm a pianist just starting to have some weakness in my left thumb (I'm almost 76)
and want to nip this in the bud. I'll be doing these exercises regularly and seeing my osteopath as well. She had given me
some of these exercises before. The rib stretch is great. Thanks again.
Much appreciation for your videos.
Diagnosed yesterday..you guys made me stop crying finally. Thank you.
How is it now?
can u give me an update about ur cts? TYIA!
Thanks so much you guys are truly my heros. Yes yes and yes I'm a musician bass player I was so panicked when this pain on my wrist began Yes I sleep with my wrist curled under my chin, the pain was scaring me, I called doctor they wanted to give me shots but I had those before for my feet and I wanted to die passed out from the pain of those shots. Thank you thank you thank you I started the stretches and immediately i began to feel relief 67 yrs old and still rocking my bass thanks again
You folks are doing gods work. 🙏
Had to sub and like and screenshot this vid because I was experiencing this pain in my forearm at night for the past few days and came across this vid after hearing about how carpal tunnel was a meme about gamers. I tried their stretches they recommended (without doing the nerve stretch) and this literally made the pain go away in like seconds no lie. I thought I was having like a heart attack or something because of the arm pain but as it turns out this is definitely carpal tunnel. Thank you both for this. It’s 2AM at the time of writing this and it’s really relieving to get some real help from someone other than Google telling me a bunch of different things. 👌💖💖
I suffered with ct my entire pregnancy up to today and have limited movement in my thumb. My baby is also 8 months old and it pains me that I can hardly pick her up. I thank God for this video because just doing the exercises with you 2 has brought me unimaginable relief. Bless you!!
Ngozi Nwaka I am suffering with the symptoms now and it’s making me really depressed. My husband wants us to try for a baby but I just don’t know how I am going to manage... I literally spend most of the day crying.
Don't worry ladies. Just add the stretching and once you feel better start doing wrist excercise to regain your muscles ;)
Thank you so much for all of your videos- I always count on your videos and it helps a lot while in the house. saves gas, saves time and very educational. God bless you!!
kings saving my career nothing but love and support xx
I will start these stretches today. I am already wearing a brace at night. I am a quilter and I spend a lot of time at my sewing machine.

You guys are great!
Thank you for all your awesome videos!
I had a bad case of cts in both of my wrists for many months.
My gp had no helpful suggestions but sent me to a hand surgeon who, surprise, surprise - immediately suggested surgery.
I never went back to him but instead started wearing my wrist braces at night. I immediately noticed a positive change, no extreme pain or numbness waking me up.
It took about a year, but the problem is resolved with rest and the nightly wrist stabilization, just as you were suggesting.
If I have the problem again, I will also incorporate your exercises.
Thanks, guys, you are great fun and educational to watch!

Would be helpful to give a summary at the end of the video as a refresher to what you just told us. It's a lot of info to absorb in 5 minutes. Thank you!
Very very good stuff. Comprehensive explanation of double crush and some great self therapy advice.
Getting a specially made splint was the best thing for me for sleeping at night. Before that, I could only get 4 hours sleep and then be awake in excruciating pain for hours after. Even several codeines wouldn't take the pain. away. I got the surgery not long after, but have carpal tunnel in the other wrist now. It's not as severe, so I will try the stretches and watch the other videos. Thanks guys!
You guys fixed my trigger thumb by following you're protocol...and I am sure the wrist splint will fix my CT- all from just sleeping position...Thanks so much!

Brad and Bob are the real MVP’s👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I didn’t have to make an appt., pay a $40 co-pay after burning $30 in gas, fill out twenty-two pages of unnecessary paperwork, wait three hours in an overcrowded waiting room, then relocated to a freezing chartreuse green 2x2 cubical and forced to put on a gown (backwards), wait another hour freezing in the buff so I can be probed, prodded, and ELECTROCUTED, by their painful “carpal-tunnel detector”.
After all this, my parting gift was a $478 wrist-brace that I could have purchased at Sam Waltons Gates of Hell
for $20. And not one utterance of any available carpel-tunnel exercises.
BOB....🏆... BRAD....🏆 Thanx
Gina, well thought out synopsis of actual truth. Thank you...

Thanks a lot. I am planning for a surgery. But after watching your video on how to avoid surgery , i will follow your advice first and don these 3 steps of exercise. You are both helping too many people. God bless you both.
I love your videos. I haven't found anything out there that even compares. You both do a great job of explaining the issues and the process of doing different stretches from beginning to more advanced. You even include nuanced specifics that can help explain things to those that have specific issues. I completely trust your information and I even found your messager on Amazon and it made my decision on purchasing one super easy. I'm very grateful for both of you! Great information!
Thank you! Thank you! This crap has made my life hell and I thought the only way to get comfort was surgery, which is not an option for me to be off of work for the recovery. I already have relief from doing these exercises. You guys are amazing!!!!!!

Absolutely loved this video. Thank you so much for this valuable information. Lots of love from an Australian 🇦🇺❤
Really enjoyed watching these techniques. Now to try them. Thank you!
I have to thank you for your videos on cervical nerve issues and carpel tunnel syndrome. At 61 years old I went to a Chiropractor for the first time 8 weeks ago for some mild lower back pain. He adjusted my back but whet he got up to the C7 and above area I now have pain and numbness in my right hand and before finding your videos the arm and arm/hand pain was literally unbearable. Here in Las Vegas NV we are very limited on quality specialized medical care. So after finding and doing your videos and doing the stretches and flossing for the last 3 weeks, the daytime pain is gone. My only concern is the numbness in 1/2 of my ring finger and middle finger has not gone away and my hand strength is starting to diminish. Not sure where to go from here except for nerve shots.. But long story short Thank You for getting me as far as you have.
I have carpel tunnel in both wrists! Nobody ever told me that it comes from my neck that I actually have big problems with! Thank you for sharing this information, I will definitely try the exercises! I am trying to avoid a operation, as I know the operation does not last long from friends and a family member who was operated on! I love your videos!! Kind regards from South Africa 🥰🌻
Hi, how was ur wirsts now?
That’s just what I needed to know, I had a feeling it was CTS , now I know, I’ve got all the symptomS, pins and needles, pain etc. thanks you start doing the exercises right now!
Thanks, so much. That chest stretch helped so much.
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for this video, much appreciated!
Thanks a lot, that’s an amazing video guide. I am gonna try those exercises explained. Even I tried some of them while watching and felt relieved. Thanks once again 🥰
Hi guys! Thank you so much for this video, is it possible to add to your Amazon list which CT brace you are recommending? There are so many to choose from. Thanks for all you do!
I am a COTA and find your videos extremely helpful in my treatment planning. I have noticed most OTC splints put the wrist in slight extension. Would you recommend taking the plate out of the splint to keep the wrist in neutral. I had not thought to treat the medial nerve at the proximal source, so that is great information. Do you have any stretches or ideas for the wrist as well?
Thank you so much for these helpful and healing videos! You gentlemen are the best!
That jingle fixed me right up... I'm totally numb.
Bob & Brad -- Always straight forward trustworthy advice... ;-) Thank you.
Just tried this , almost instant relief 👍
