Very good routine, 20 minutes well spent, hapoy for the full body cardio. It would be good to add 2 minutes ofrece warm-up and 2 minute of stretching. Thanks for videos. Very good work

Your legs are looking beefier than in your other videos I've been exercising to. What have you been doing? I do the leg extension machine at the gym, but can't go too heavy because I'll injure my knees. Also, how tall are you? Great workout; thank you for all the excellent videos, Alex.
Thanks buddy! They’re not particularly beefier than usual, I think it was just the shorts. If you have knee issues then don’t spend too much time on the leg extension, but instead follow my no equipment leg workouts to build strength up! I’m 5,9.

Great active recovery day workout. First round I did 40/20 not knowing what was next. Second round 45/15 as prescribed and upped the tempo. Thank you
