Thank you for this workout! I’m going back into an active lifestyle and this video has helped me get in track again. Your explanations are easy to follow and I loved the fact you incorporated warm ups and cooldowns.
so i tweaked this a bit. i cant do much of the jumping jacks so i did star steps (glad your showing off more apartment friendly workouts) but for the walkouts i decided to add a calf raise instead of a jump. then on the last one, i decided to up the anti, i did a walk out, pushup, 4 mountain climbers, then another pushup, walked back to start position into a calf raise, and reset. I've only been working out seriously since sometime back in January, but i'me watching you, Body Project and Tiff and Dan workouts, that way i dont let my muscles get used to what workout i'm doing. super trying to get lean, and get rid of belly fat and chest fat. it's been a journey i'll say..
Just finished the workout 💪 was good. If you can do more high intensity ones that would be even better 😊 I do get that this one was beginner friendly. So an intermediate level workout would be great!
Do you work with women specifically to lose the menopause weight? Diet and exercise. I got back to my normal size once and I was going to the gym for about 23 hours a week. I don't each junk or snack at all. Love your work outs. Thanks
how about some videos just dedicated to people who have to keep it low impact. Due to health reasons, or living situations. some may scoff at High intensity,, low impact but it can do wonders for ya...
