A 29-YEAR-OLD woman who thought she wouldn’t live past 26, has lost an amazing 170lbs and is now a professional bodybuilder. Rachael Heffner from Indianapolis always struggled with her weight, but it's when she lost her mother in 2004 that the weight really started to pile on. At her heaviest Rachael was 300lbs, and it wasn’t until Rachael got rejected due to her weight that she decided to turn her life around. In 2017 she had excess skin removal, where she had three and a half pounds of skin removed.

After the first few weeks, it actually becomes easy moving yourself into the gym and eating healthy. A lot of people imagine it is the same level of difficulty from start to finish but you get used to it real fast.
I needed this. Ive been just eating in bed after brain surgery, being unable to drive, losing my job because of it, and just not living life. Its time to change.

Men can get muscle faster and especially if younger. It is much harder being a woman and middle age like me.

I lost 50kg, put on muscles on my core, shoulders, arms, and legs. How ever I had an op to remove my belly access skin. I am 48 yo now, I can name myself fit comparing who I used to be. IT is possible, but I have to control my diet everyday and I train regulary. I can run 10 km. 👍 I am So proud of myself, even I am not perfect.

I’m a mom. I would be darn proud of you! Simply because you set a goal and you totally hit that goal and went above and beyond! Same here, raised by my mom and she passed when I was 23. It was devastating and I gained lots of weight. It’s a hard thing to get past, I wish you the best on your journey. I always think that I want to live a life my mom would be proud of. That helps.

It's so great to see a professional bodybuilder with a frame that still looks human. She's got such a healthy focus on self-love and being excited about what she's doing instead of needing to push it to extremes and win. I think this is the first time I've ever been inspired by a bodybuilder.

I don't know if you're spiritial or religious but try at least meditation and some yoga in the morning, it can help for a bit as well.

This channel always comes up with misleading or condescending titles until they change it.
You know you have a good trainer when they are constantly drilling you, pushing your limits. Same time watching you do your movements in proper form, not just counting reps or looking around not paying attention. Good job on the weight loss and winning at life, that's all that matters. Becoming a better version of yourself.

Crushes reject all day everyday. It's harsh and it suuuucks! Do we ever get our actual crush, I wonder. 😑
But - sincerely, WHY? Have not you been happy then you did not even knew the person before? Step by step, in small mental steps go back to that mental condition, because you know how to be happy without relying on external people. And then practice it, until you will become content with the situation. Life is worth living just out of curiosity. So many interesting things to learn and practice, why deprive yourself of these pleasures?
