Love these videos!! I usually add sea moss to my juices, doesnt taste of anything and has great benefits. Also can make sea moss gel which is super easy to do and can be added to any juice/smoothie. Also, organic spirulina and moringa is good, I just add a tea spoonful to my green juice. One juice I've been loving lately is a bag of green apples, cucumber, some dates, lemon, lime and ginger- so good. I'm going to try the Vitamin C immunity!

Smoothies are best unless you can't take the texture. All the "pulp" that comes out of the juicer, you actually consume when you blend it for smoothies, which is even healthier.... obviously both are good for you, but if you're already making green smoothies, which I do daily, I don't see the need to incorporate juicing. You're getting all of the "good stuff". 😊

Those juices look so delicious ❤. I make green smoothie and fruit smoothies. My method is a little different in that I use a blender. I then freeze my mixtures in ziplock bags. Each morning I remove the trays from my freezer to let them thaw a little then I scoop a little from the bags to make a cup or half cup. This half cup is enough as it is super filling. Then I also cook 4 different dry beans every week and cook 3 different ancient grains like quinoa brown rice. I season everything to my taste by adding 12 herbs and spices then also store these in ziplock bags individually and freeze. I do use a few mason jars but it’s for tomato sauce and salad dressings.

@ropodemure how to easily deseed a pomegranate: 1. cut pomegranate in half 2. put fruit face up and softly pull apart sides to loosen up the white rine in the middle 3. grab a BIG bowl (to avoid splatter) and a HEAVY spoon or spatula. 4. grab face of fruit in your palm over the BIG bowl (back side facing up) and BEAT the heck out of it on the back side of the pomegranate to knock all of the seeds into the bowl. (the longer you beat it the softer the rine becomes allowing the seeds to fall out) 5. use fingers to filter out of the rine then move to other half using the same process! TAKES ME 5 MINUTES

@@RopoDemure most notably clearer skin, better sleep, and circulation as it removes toxins from the bloodstream. Should definitely give it a try, you can usually get them at your local Asian market.

Hi. Just started blood pressure and cholesterol medication last month. Hadn't been to a doctor in decades. Both pressures were extremely high. I told him I wanted no meds.. My plan is not to continue talking them .What are the right juices to lower the pressure and cholesterol. Also can I still drink while on the prescriptions with no problems . If you can help please let me know. Just stumbled on your channel. Good you're starting caring for yourself now. Be blessed with good health.

Great informative video my sista....I haven't juiced in a good minute.....I do more smoothies than juice.....I need to go back to juicing because your video inspired me. One ? I've noticed all the great bottles of nutrients you created. How long does a bottle last before going bad? I don't want to waste any good nutrients...🤤😋🤤😋🤤😋

Thank you! I've been on this lifestyle change for coming up to 2 years. I drink 64oz of juice a day alongside eating fruits and veggies. I hope that answers your question
