Hey Hey Hey! Welcome to another successful juicing essentials video! Today, let's take a dive into my juicing routine and what I love most about healthy juicing for weight loss and overall a healthy lifestyle!

Ingredients:
Wellness Beet root juice:
3 small beet roots
3-4 red apples
1 whole medium-sized watermelon
1 lemon, squeezed
Fat burner Pineapple detox juice:
1 large pineapple, ripe
1 large cucumber
1-2” ginger, peeled
4 cups, water
1 lemon, squeezed
Green Power House Detox Juice:
3 cups, spinach
2 cucumbers
4 green apples
1-2” inch Ginger
1 lemon, squeezed
3 cups, water
Energizer wellness shots:
7-9 Larger carrots
3-4 Celery sticks
1” Ginger, peeled

Just a pro tip, a potato peeler works very nicely on Ginger.

@danielleswain2196 if you're placing potatoes in a blender then maybe you would boil them, but not if placing in a juicer

Soak in baking soda for 5 min then rinse then add vinegar to the water for 3 min. That way you don't neutralize the effect of the baking soda.

I loved all of the juices but it would help me if you stated how many fruits you used per group, how much lemon at the end and how much water you added.

I love this! I recently got back into juicing and working on my health. I prepped some shots and a few bottles of juice last night. I made lemon orange ginger shots, a green juice with spinach, pineapple, celery and cucumber. Another one with melon, kale, carrot and apple. I’m currently using a centrifugal juicer however i notice that it’s not yielding a lot of juice and I’m left with a lot of pulp when I strain it. I’ll be switching soon. Thank you for sharing your storefront. I’ll look at what you have ❤️

What is the name of the juicer used in this video, or where to buy it?
My family just bought this juice fruit presser and been trying to lose weight. I want to try some of these once the juicer comes in and get a produce brush (we should of done that instead of just rinsing them off; but we usually cook and often frozen or pre cut and packaged, not juice them so probably why we don't think much about it).

Hello😊, I just found your channel, I am 59 year old male. Just starting out on a juicing diet and have a goal of 30 pounds of weight loss using a combination of juicing, eating portioned high protein meals and fasting 16 hours a day. Exercise consisting of light cardio and walking and some light weight lifting. I will post my progress on your channel and appreciate any input on my journey. I am 238 pounds at start.

For me I like pineapple juice mixed with beet juice. I can’t drink it any other way cause beets are disgusting. I call it my blood elixir lol
