My total cholesterol and LDL was 257 and 159, respectively. I walked 150 mins weekly to start then more as time went on. In three months, my total cholesterol was 185, and LDL was 99. Did not change my diet. WALK and your cholesterol levels will lower. I go back for lab work in January. Hope my numbers are even lower

I incorporated oatmeal to pull from the blood stream, plant stanols to stop it from entering the blood stream, and 30 minutes 5 days a week cardio to increase HDL. Thank you Dr Joe. I’m in the hospital because of my diabetes and you were more helpful and informative than the hospital nutritionist. You are not in the States. The meat industry here has a very powerful, political and dangerous lobby. So powerful that no doctor I’ve seen has the nerve to call out red meat as the danger it represents. Hence, in America diabetes and obesity in not only on the rise. It’s out of control. Thank you for this video. McDonald Restaurant send it but brown sugar is cooked when it. Then you are given small package green apple and rasins. Give a duet plan Morning-Evening-Dinner. Also some fish are fatty. which one is the best.
