    loved this video! I'm just a little black girl from the south so we always grew up eating catfish fried only but after seeing this video (for the 5th time haha) my bf and I used your same technique with a huge salmon fillet and tonight I'm going to do a whole catfish like yours. so excited thanks!

    How to clean the skin of catfish from black turn to white ?

      When you pull the skin off it changes the color.Also different cat fish have different color meat under the skin.This cat fish was harvested when the water was cold for some reason that makes them white too. I've been catching and eating catfish for over 40 years,so i know what i'm talking about.

    Wow that looks delicious. I had this a few times at my Viet friend's house. He used catfish once and the other time he used a Striped Bass. Both were very good. I need to make this asap cause I am craving for it. Lol. Yeah I don't like my fish looking back at me with the mouth wide open too. Haha

    Just a thought but u really should get a tripod stand so that you don't have to cook with just one hand and hold the camera with the other. Sometimes it gets a little dizzy with all the moving around. Lol love all your recipes!

    $21 for the fish, total of about $40. Those are expensive herbs. Looks good though.

    Emily, Your video is great but it is so long. It would be great you focus and get to the point on how to make this dish would be better for the viewers who doesn't have all day to watch you talk about your broken water dish etc...
