1kg (2.2 lb) mussels (eg. NewZealand Greenshell)
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup spring onion chopped
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt (or 2 tsp fish sauce)
1 tsp tapioca/corn starch
1 tbsp ginger strips
1 tsp minced garlic
crush peanuts, cripsy fried shallot, lime, chili sauce

You don't have to defrost the frozen mussels. Just put in the oven, prob a few minutes longer. You can also defrost at room temperature or overnight in the fridge

Hinh nhu loai H mua no da duoc lam chin so roi, nen khi nuong no ko teo lai nua. Chac ban mua loai tuoi thi no phai teo thoi :D
Helen oi, minh lam mon nay ngay hom qua. Helen noi la mua fresh mussels thi se ngon hon. Nen minh ko mua loai dong lanh, ma mua fresh. Nhung minh dau co biet la neu fresh thi co nhieu cat, va oc rat la salty. hom nay, minh moi xem tren mang la truoc khi lam mon oc thi phai ngam 20'. Thanh ra la 1.4kg oc lam xong ko an duoc mieng nao! :'(
