♥ Ingredients:
(2 portions)
2 whole white bass fish, or tilapia, gutted and scaled
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 hot chilies
1 red jalapeno
1 4-inch stalk lemongrass
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp fish sauce
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp butter, softened

2 con cá white bass, hoặc cá rô, làm sạch ( (ở Việt Nam thường dùng cá hường)
2 tép tỏi, lột vỏ
2 trái ớt xiêm
1 trái ớt sừng (cho có màu đỏ đẹp)
1 khúc sả khoảng 4”
1 tsp muỗng cà phê bột nghệ
½ tbsp muỗng canh nước mắm
½ tsp muối
1 tbsp bơ, để mềm
