Thank you Doc! How we’re raised makes a huge difference on our habits later in life. Growing up our options were usually just water or coffee. I was given coffee at a very young age because it helped my asthma, so my mom thought at least. Now, my primary drinks are water, black coffee, and some hibiscus tea.

Maybe a minor point, but looking at your bottle it's worth mentioning the sheer amount of untested chemicals manufacturers use in their plastic products. "BPA free" means nothing, there are hundreds of other hormone-like plasticizers that simply lack data that get used instead. In a recent study, researchers identified 14.000 different compounds in commonly used food packaging and cosmetics containers, up to 400 in a single one. For 9.000 of them, it was impossible to do a toxicological risk estimate. A single liter of bottled water contains hundreds of thousands (!) of nanoplastics particles small enough to cross every barrier in your body.
I'd say "don't put things that you want to ingest in plastic containers" seems like a reasonable attitude.

Ya I can taste the plastic/chemicals in professional grade blender bottles after a few hours of it sitting with just water in room temperature! I do have glass water bottles and also use mason jars for water and smoothie.

She has addressed that in many of her videos. The summary is she seen thousands of people get well drinking out of plastic bottles. Personally, I don’t use plastic either but that was her message.

Thank you for this video Dr. G. I'm grateful I do like water, and that I only really drink the smoothies - no sodas, coffee etc. But I just wish I had more thirst after the first 48 oz, so I could get in the 96oz of water. Sadly, I've struggled to eat and drink enough for too many years - it's a bad habit I developed ... working too much and going too many hours without eating and drinking trying to get my job done. I've only been able to drink 96oz ONE day. 😵‍💫 But I'm not giving up.

To be fair tap water can contain limestone and the such and you can taste it. If you are used to drink water from a spring, you will notice.

Thanks Doc, I earlier asked about smoothies and frequency of attending the bathroom. What is good for me, I have irritable bowel syndrome syndrome and such frequency isn't good for me, please share with your other daily meals and what should we avoid eating,

I have trouble with IBS. I need to cook most vegetables and only have spinach and lettuce raw. I also drink half a cup of goats milk kefir every morning and that sorts it out.

How can anyone not like drinking water? It sounds a little bit like " I don't like breathing air". Makes zero sense 😀🤷🏻‍♀️.
