Truth!! The more we juiced and ate whole foods the better our eyes got and we actually both had to get glasses and the doc said we both improved this round so we got lesser brand new lenses both me and my husband. After some life gut punches and comfort food my eyes have now gotten worse... so now back to working on that health again. So true. Thanks for sharing.

My Mom and I went to the berry farm to pick blueberries we talked so much and lost track of time and realized we had picked a ton more berries than usual. They give everyone big deep bucket's we would maybe do 1/ 4 this time BOTH our buckets was filled too the brim. We told people to come get some. Days went by nobody came. So we ate fresh berries like crazy. One day I woke up screaming " I CAN SEE!!!!" LITERALLY FOR TWO WEEKS I could SEE CLEARLY without my glasses that I had worn since 5th grade. I had super BLURRY VISION PRACTICALLY MY WHOLE LIFE. I was about 37. Once the berries was gone my eyesight gradually went back to blurry. We figured the ANTIOXIDANTS in the blueberries must have done it.

Why not continue eating large amounts of berries even growing your own.

Will your protocol help someone that doesn't have autoimmune? I have hyperthyroidism due to toxic nodules.

Oh yes it does! It's a speciality of hers. Her instagram page and UA-cam channel are replete with instances of her talking about how she has had patients with hyperthyroidism who have reversed said disease on the hypernourishing protocol. The only thing is that hyperthyroidism is a bit nuanced because you need have someone monitor your iodine intake and you kind of have to do the protocol in a certain way that modifies your potassium intake from the cruciferous vegetables. Dr. Goldner got this in the bag!
