Love your workouts. I’m slowly getting through them. Can I ask in this one, what weights did you use. I know in some videos you specify what weight you are using but in some you don’t I’m always unsure what to use so it’s great to be guided. Please let me know I work in kilograms in the UK and I know you’ve mentioned kilograms before x
Thanks. I’m building on my collection of dumbbells so 4kg is my next purchase. Arms are starting to look more defined after your workouts. I’m really enjoying them. Need to get my hands on kettle bells next! 🤣🤣
The dumbbells are 3, 4 and 5kgs, but they are for reference only and used as a guide when to change the weight depending on the exercise. I would be using heavier in some of the exercises whilst working out. Hope this helps, enjoy lovely ☺

Yes I usually do, if I didn’t it will always be in the description ☺️ I am using 1kgs for the first 2 exercises and then 4kgs or 5kgs xx
