So many bridge variations ❤ I want to use a few in a class but I’m fairly certain my yoga students would panic 😂 so I’m just gonna refer them here to try some out. So so so good, even with my footed cast clunking around modifying from lunge work
Wow you definitely crushed us with all of those glute bridges at the end - glad I only picked 8 lbs for that! One question: for the Pilates squats, should the torso be upright? I was doing more of a squat/deadlift combo on those.
It's all about consistency lovely, changes don't happen overnight. Yes exercising will help you shape your body. You will lose weight if you are using more energy than your are consuming. If you haven't been exercising and you have just started, you could see changes in 6-8 weeks, but that all depends on the effort you put into the workouts and what you are eating. Think of exercise as a part of the rest of your life 🤗

Yes it can be hard to get depth with them, they are a squat but all depends on mobility/stability in that position ☺️

Dumbbells work well and sit nice on your hips for doing glute bridges 😊❤️💪🏼
