    This has probably been my favorite workout since I started with your videos in July! I felt challenged, but in the best way possible. Those V Squats and Glute Bridges with Knee Taps really worked those thigh muscles! Love it ❤😊

    Girl you are no joke !!! Wow 🙌🙌 I did this my legs were shaky but the next day omg sooo sore walking was a struggle hopefully tomorrow better .. I’ve been stretching and rubbing my legs for relief can’t wait to see my results from doing this continuously !!! Thank you❤❤❤❤❤ now I’m off to find an arm workout from your playlist ❤

    I stack this workout with 2 other 15minute glute workouts. I used a band( 1)12. (2) 25 & a 50 lb weight.

    Yikes this was cramp fire but in a great I can feel where it’s targeting kinda way!
    So many bridge variations ❤ I want to use a few in a class but I’m fairly certain my yoga students would panic 😂 so I’m just gonna refer them here to try some out.
    So so so good, even with my footed cast clunking around modifying from lunge work

    Wow you definitely crushed us with all of those glute bridges at the end - glad I only picked 8 lbs for that!
    One question: for the Pilates squats, should the torso be upright? I was doing more of a squat/deadlift combo on those.

      Yes it can be hard to get depth with them, they are a squat but all depends on mobility/stability in that position ☺️

    Hey please tell me which thing shoul I buy from kettlebell or dumbbells for glutes which do you prefer most

      Dumbbells work well and sit nice on your hips for doing glute bridges 😊❤️💪🏼

      In the top left corner of the preview I have what weight I am using for each exercise, either 12,10,8 or 6kgs x

    How long will it take to see results?

      It's all about consistency lovely, changes don't happen overnight. Yes exercising will help you shape your body. You will lose weight if you are using more energy than your are consuming. If you haven't been exercising and you have just started, you could see changes in 6-8 weeks, but that all depends on the effort you put into the workouts and what you are eating. Think of exercise as a part of the rest of your life 🤗
