Hi Roxanne ❤ do you have any general guideline from your own experience for a good ratio of cardio to strength workouts in a week in order to lose fat while maintaining the muscle you've build? Many thanks 😊
I would focus on daily movement, going for a walk everyday and hitting 8000-10000 steps a day. Cardio wise 2 times a week - think, metcon, hiit, running etc... weight strength training 3 times a week and incorporate a pilates session in there too and focus on the smaller muscle groups, injury prevention etc... xx
