Thank you for introducing me to Kettlebell workouts. I've always worked out with dumbells but I find that now at 71 years old and arthritis in my hands I am able to get a better grip with the Kettlebell. Love this workout. Just finish it and the knee friendly is perfect. As I said I am 71 very active senager. Walk 3 to 5 miles a day and workout 3 days a week. My theory on aging is we can't stop aging but we can slower down getting old. Again thank you.

I have been doing this workout consistently for about a month now. I just recently increased the weight on the kettlebell and it's amazing to see how strong I've gotten in just 4 weeks! Thank you Roxanne!
Another great workout for my 68 years old joints! Felt great start to finish. I kept the weight low, just 3.2 kg (5 lb) . Looking forward to increasing strength & weight. Just the second of your kettlebell workouts that I’ve done-I did the beginner workout without any weights, just to get comfy with the moves. Now I’m a believers! And a subscriber!❤

Twenty minutes went by so fast! I just procrastinated all day about it and it was so mush fun! I love halos. You turned and I noticed I was pretending my head is much bigger than it is so corrected and ok it’s definitely more challenging but I still love the halos. Even when I’m suddenly ducking because you ducked just before and I thought oh no beeeeeee! 😂 ❤❤❤ You absolutely glow

Can’t wait to try this. I am a new follower and my knees always swell when I do any kind of squat or lunge. So this sounds great. Do you have any tips for getting DOMS. I really struggle as quite unfit and am in agony for days. Hoping the more info the better it will get. Thank you.
Hey lovely, welcome! so happy to have you here! Yay! You can do a few things, foam rolling and massage can help muscle soreness. Drinking lots of water. Doing some gentle movement/exercise, going for a long walk. After your walk you can do some stretching or yoga xxx
Thanks for your videos, I really love to workout with you. One question: could you make more workouts with warm-up and cool-down included? I'm just too lazy to stretch properly when it's not included😳. I know, this is my fault, but it would just make it easier😅. But thanks again for your content🥰
