As a mom with a 7 week old and an almost 2 year old, I love these workouts! I am a beginner, and these are simple enough I can follow along well, and short enough that I can do them without feeling overwhelmed, plus I can sneak them in when babies are sleeping. Some days I have time to do several, but if I can only do one I still feel accomplished! Thank you SO much for these!

Day after I've got back from holiday I've just completed this workout this morning at half 9! I still feel toned even after 2 weeks of indulging on delicious food! Did do cycling and swimming on holiday still though! I did one of Roxanne's workouts every day before I went away on holiday since I knew I wouldn't be able to when on holiday. Even then I did one of the ab workouts because you didn't need a kettlebell. And I admit I actually missed doing one! I'm addicted to Roxanne's kettlebell workouts 😃 What else can I say?! 😂 Thanks again Roxanne for posting such amazing fitness content❤
Just did another kettlebell 10 minute ab workout because they're so fun 😃 Like the music, exercises and can do in a short amount of time with quicker results and can mix and match workouts to make it interesting and varied. Now I've done 25 minutes of kettlebells 😃 I said I was addicted 🤣 I'd totally recommend Roxanne's workouts if you haven't gathered that already 😄 look no further! If you can't do some of the moves, do you go as high as you can and just keep trying to improve or should you get a small dumbbell and do the moves with that until you can use kettlebell.
Hey! I would recommend either a 4 or 6 kgs to complete beginners. But it depends on how strong you are to start. This weight could be too light and you start with 8kgs. ENJOY ☺
Hey Roxanne me again doing this one again, pretty made up today as I used mainly 8kg as other than that I have 2kg 3kg and 4kg Amazon here I come think I need a 6kg haha ❤
Hey, welcome! I would recommend 4 or 6 kgs for arms & shoulders as a beginner. If you need lighter weight you can always use dumbbells as they are in smaller increments 🎉😊

Loved this upper body/arm workout. I have issues doing some exercises that work the shoulders using weights but I was able to manage this workout.
