Hey lovely, you will definitely see strength gains and changes in the body after the 4 week challenge. But consistency is better than at intensity the beginning. Create a workout routine that you can stick to and you will get stronger. Don’t go super intense and hard you might burn yourself out. Think of it in the long term ❤️❤️
The transition time on the sets was super fast for me. I had to keep pausing after the first exercise in every set to keep up 😢 Also, I noticed it seemed in order for you to keep the transitions going you were using the same size weight or a pre-determined weight in each set. Unfortunately, I have cervical degenerative disc and was advised not to go too heavy on shoulder presses, flys arm raise exercises because of arthritis in the neck. I also have issues with my left elbow. Good workout it was just too many slow downs for me because of constant weight changing and also had to use a kettlebell to take some of the pressure off my left wrist ,elbow and shoulders. The around the world's I did with a kettlebell too because I cannot handle weight load around my head and shoulders and rotation of wrist in that position.
Ahhh I am sorry you found this workout a little tricky, I would sub it out for any of the other upper body workouts in the challenge. Keep up the great work! 💪🙂
