    Thanks doc, day 1 ulit for the 100th time. It seems so easy but hard to follow. Ang sarap kumain pero try and try until you succeed sabi nga 🙏🤞🤞

    Calorie deficit really works. No need to rush as long as you consume below your required calories. I lost weight with minimum exercise but with a portion eating thru a calorie deficit. More fiber as much as possible.

    72kg May last year pre systolic hypertension pa now 58kg 5'6" height 30yo. Calorie deficit before, now calorie maintenance na to maintain my weight and of course normal BMI @ 21BMI. Normal ECG Result din ngayon. Sarap ng ma maintain ang weight. You can eat all you want in moderation. Caldef Losing weight while not doing exercises just relying on BMR. Thx doc. 😇😇😇

      How to.calculate calorie deficit..what is the formula..im using food scale in gram but i donth know what is the real conversion.for example my rice 120g how to convert it. My calorie deficit in a day is 1700kcal..

    Nagawa ko na last year from 85kilos down to 71kilos using this coloric deficit kaso di ko na sustain kaya ngayon gagawin ko ulit pro gradually kasi dati binigla ko xa, hopefully pag nakuha ko ulit yung weight na mababa masustain ko na, thanks doc. God bless

      Same ako. Biglang bagsak timbang tas tumaba ulit tas nagkacaloric deficit ako tas unti lang kinakain ko pero parang di naman ako pumapayat parang nataba lalo

    Thank you doc..nasa 30s na ako ang 74kg na ako 5'5 hieght un calorie inntakr ko per day is nasa 1800 so dapat di po pala ako lalagpas dyan mas mababa pa un i intake ko na calorie doc tama po ba?

    Hi doc slamat po dami q natutunan sa inyo..ask q lng po if na consume q n na ang 1200 calories in a day and if mag exercise po b q at nkabwas aq ng 500 calories e pd aq ulit kumain ulit pero 500 calories lng po 😅 hopefully ma sagot slamat po godbless 🙏😊

    hi Doc I'm new in your channel, sana maka reply po kayo sa tanong ko. My weight is 76.1, 59yo and 1783kcal/day. Im in my daily IF, I only ate small amount during lunch and full during dinner and do my workout 10-15min, 3 to 4 a day. Paano po eto ma apply sa diet ko at paano ma count ang kinakain ko every meal since my result is 1783 based on your formula. Thanks a lot in your tips and videos Doc. God bless po sa inyo.

    Yung asawa ko Doc. 5'10 pero 103kgs. Siya hindi siya mukhang mataba, meron siyang fats pero marami din siyang toned muscles, Sabi ko magpa consult sa nutritionist kasi mukhang overweight na siya at gusto daw niyang pumayat.

    Doc 75 po kilo ko dati im 5'5 2250 yung compute ko - 500 nasa 1750 caloric in take per day pero doc sobra konti calories kinakain ko ksi TMAD Po ginagawa ko at nag fafasting pako mga 17 to 19 hours nag exercise 5am to 10am di ksi ako nakaka ramdam ng pagod jogging naman pag 4 or 5pm tpos nakakain ko na calories i think morethan 800 or 1000 lng tpos nasasabayan pa ng pag exercise nag payat ako agad. All goods lng ba sakin na sobra konti calories kinakain nag exercise pa at IF?

    I need 1700 per day says my calorie counter app. So does it mean I need to burn 1700+ calories per day? Hala sa gym nga konti lng nabuburn ko... nakaka 300 calories burn lng ako thru bicycle and treadmil. Tama ba yung calories out? Tsaka sa Macronutrients regardless ba yun basta ma achieve mo lng ung calories mo?

    Doc I am not a fan of exercise like workout. Come to think of it. Hindi naman kasi work yun eh. I know marami mag babash saken about this but hear me out. I have researched about N.E.A.T. Kung you will be utilizing things na ginagawa mo everyday para mag lose ng weight pero hindi po ako medical professional baka po mas may inputs kayo about this doc.     According to dr Robert Lustig, pa google na lang. A calorie is not a calorie. Therefore the calorie deficit is wrong. You have something in common though, remove sugar.

    Hi doc tanong ko lang po about sa Calorie Deficit. Every what time or day po ba dapat nag babawas ng calories po? And what is the minimum calories po?

      subtract ka lang ng 500kcal sa buong araw na yon. for the whole day dapat ang bawas kasi yung calories ay yung kailangan mo for processing ng buong araw

    Nahihirapan ako magbalik sa calorie deficit. Hindi ko alam paano ako magsisimula.. sabi ko sa sarili ko kaya ko ito kasi nagawa ko na dati. 75 kls ako dati tapos nabawasan ako ng 10 kls. Ngayon 70 kls na naman ako 😞 napabayaan ko sarili ko ulit kakakain
