Wow. Short but intense…. My triceps are burning 🔥

I wasn’t able to do the exercises that was the push up or the dips, for some reason my right wrist can’t tolerate the weight, it hurts slightly and decided to skip those two exercises. I’m thinking I’ll have to see my doc about this. But I always enjoy your workouts Rebecca!👍🏼👍🏼

This is a great workout, but can I gently suggest that terms like "Bingo wings" are not necessary to be used? It's a derogatory, women-focused term that refers to women's arms (which genetically and evolutionarily should have some fat and skin) flap when they excitedly move their arms to celebrate a bingo win. I appreciate it is a commonly used term but that's because body shaming and highlighting body imperfections has become engrained into the fitness and diet industry as something perceived to be "normal", and this needs to change. As someone who has suffered from anorexia nervosa and is in recovery, it is not a helpful term and not reflective of true "wellness". Otherwise, thank you for the content and commitment to helping others.
