- This is a 12 minute partner yoga class that my partner Bear and i did while vacationing in Key West. The bed was all we had in our room to create a yoga sequence and enjoy it for ourselves and it is still till this day one of our favourites to incorporate in the mornings and evenings. Feel good physically and mentally while also connecting with your partner with this gentle yoga stretch.

I did this with my partner. Usually I always do your yoga session by myself. It was nice to bring her in with me. She enjoyed it. More Life to your partnership and love 💕✨
