I love my therapist, she and I soul talk, but I ended up having an anxiety attack creep up on me. I found Yoga with Bird, and I was also doing the same. Just crying, from the sheer relief of it all. Bird is an amazing woman, with a wonderful, soothing voice. I can’t get enough. I start and end my days with her.
I have an operation tomorrow. Ive already had 2 panic attacks today, left 3 of my classes and left school early....my SEN mentor and mt mum suggested yoga....thank you for this. Just came back to this post after the successful surgery, you helped me calm down so much! Thank you.

I’ve been shamed for trying to rest my body and mind, I’ve been shamed for trying to love myself and care about how my body feels. I have never really put in effort to try to help my body because I am not allowed to (my family doesn’t really care about how I feel, they say “just push through it” and it’s destroying me). Giving myself just a few minutes to stretch and lay down, listening to your voice, has been phenomenal. I will be coming back again. 💙✨🙏

During savasana I literally started crying, realising that I am about to close the chapter of law school and having survived all the dark times that I had to go through the past couple of years. First time doing a guided yoga.. and WOW! I am deff coming back tomorrow morning, and every morning for as long as I can. Such a good alternative to meditation. Something sitting and trying to focus on my breath doesn't always work but THIS STUFF hits the spot. Here is to the beginning of my healing and transformation journey.

I just finished doing this guided yoga for the first time. I have been feeling extremely overwhelmed and anxious and depressed. During the yoga I felt immense emotions and just let out and released all my tears I've been holding back for so long 🥺 it felt so good to just cry it out while doing this yoga!! giving myself the time to "show up" on the mat (though i did it on the cold floor really which i enjoy), made me realize that i have so much love to give to all humanity. yoga is more than all the graceful, relaxing and uncomfortable positions (for beginners like me), it lifted my spirit and reminded me to connect with earth, gaia, the universe and with my spirit. thank you.

And I thought to myself: "This was exactly what I needed to hear today". I was looking for a stress relief yoga practice and many the ones I checked out were stressful because I haven't been on my mat in ages and am a bit stiff and tight. I was looking for something peaceful and relaxing and not "work". This fit the bill perfectly! I can even do this in bed before sleep to just nurture and care for myself if I haven't done so that day. At the beginning I was uncomfortable doing the butterfly pose and couldn't hold it but at the end when you were moving and stretching I went back into the pose and I was much more relaxed and comfortable. I also noticed I could go into a wider stretch. I highly recommend people seeing how deep relaxation takes the stress off of our muscles and allows that deeper stretch! I will be forwarding this practice to a couple of people who will enjoy this. Thank you! 🧘♂️

Thank you for this, I was going through some internal stress and I was going through ongoing trauma with BDD. I searched this video and didn't know how this might help my wondering persistent mind, but as I was laying down I managed to understand my body & it felt as I owed every part of me an apology because it felt like I neglected who I was. This was problem all along, not trusting myself. I cried along with many others in the comment section. This will be my new way of adopting into yoga.

i was right into advanced yoga finally back in 2019.. felt great.. less anger.. nicer to people.. more patient.. made some bad choices and i am now starting back into beginner yoga. Today i walked and walked and did some squats and calf raises just simple things i could think of and i could NOT get my right foot to wake up. I did a couple of these videos and not only is my circulation better i finally have done a yoga exercise instead of just talking about how i need to start doing it again. So out of shape.. but it's all about momentum with me.. string a few days in a row together and i start doing better. It's just always .. tomorrow.. tomorrow.. tomorrow.. maybe my foot was meant to be like that to get me back into these exercises. I'll choose to believe that anyway

I was so distracted and busy with my thoughts while doing supine twist when the phrase: "Start observing and stop reacting" slid through. And I thought to myself: "This was exactly what I needed to hear today". I've been so stressed out thinking about what I should do or don't do that I have not been able to take a step back and look where I'm standing. I was looking for a stress relief yoga practice and many the ones I checked out were stressful because I haven't been on my mat in ages and am a bit stiff and tight. I was looking for something peaceful and relaxing and not "work". This fit the bill perfectly! I can even do this in bed before sleep to just nurture and care for myself if I haven't done so that day.
At the beginning I was uncomfortable doing the butterfly pose and couldn't hold it but at the end when you were moving and stretching I went back into the pose and I was much more relaxed and comfortable. I also noticed I could go into a wider stretch. I highly recommend people seeing how deep relaxation takes the stress off of our muscles and allows that deeper stretch!
I will be forwarding this practice to a couple of people who will enjoy this. Thank you! 🧘♂️

Perfect reset video. I clicked on 4 videos before yours of a trainers being loud, rambunctious, or talking the entire video which is fine for a high impact workout but not a mediation or relaxation one. Great video. Just what I was looking for! Thank u

Thank you for this, I was going through some internal stress and I was going through ongoing trauma with BDD. I searched this video and didn't know how this might help my wondering persistent mind, but as I was laying down I managed to understand my body & it felt as I owed every part of me an apology because it felt like I neglected who I was. This was problem all along, not trusting myself. I cried along with many others in the comment section. This will be my new way of adopting into yoga.

i was right into advanced yoga finally back in 2019.. felt great.. less anger.. nicer to people.. more patient.. made some bad choices and i am now starting back into beginner yoga. Today i walked and walked and did some squats and calf raises just simple things i could think of and i could NOT get my right foot to wake up. I did a couple of these videos and not only is my circulation better i finally have done a yoga exercise instead of just talking about how i need to start doing it again. So out of shape.. but it's all about momentum with me.. string a few days in a row together and i start doing better. It's just always .. tomorrow.. tomorrow.. tomorrow.. maybe my foot was meant to be like that to get me back into these exercises. I'll choose to believe that anyway

i am struggling a lot with my relationship with my body and have been extremely stressed recently from school and thoughts of food taking up a lot of the space in my mind. these yoga sessions are the highlight of my night where i can fully relax and just exist without feeling overwhelmed :(
