Loved watching Violet Evergarden so much. Haven't felt emotions like that with an anime since Clannad After Story. New member of my top 3. Amazingly beautiful show that was a privilege to see.
Not gonna lie, I wholeheartedly agree with you on the Overlord II thing. Overlord is my favorite anime of all time and I was super excited for the second season. I definitely wouldn't say the second season is bad, and all things considered it did a good job adapting the source material, but the little quirks and thoughts present throughout the descriptions of the Light Novels that I enjoyed simply couldn't get adapted.
That said, I'd still highly recommend both the anime and the LNs for Overlord.

Glad you enjoyed Fate/Extra. It is without doubt, the first anime I would go *out of my way* to defend as "underrated", the the point where it is my AOTS (I haven't seen 3-gatsu so that very well may change whenever I do). It legit irks me to see it get so much hate, to the point where people claims that Grand/Order: First Order and Apocrypha were better than it both in visuals and in general.

You are the only one I have seen so far that actually mentioned Vanishing Line... it was really underwatched.
WickedAnimeTroll idk it was alright but I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone. Pretty basic with too much bad cgi.

Trabant180 wth are you talking about? The cgi is only for the armor and it's looks pretty dam good imo. It's better than Berserk.
I'm glad I stuck on with it. In fact, I think i might like it more than Inuyashiki. ^_^
Having an anime reach a 10/10 is already a good sign for this year in my books. ^_^
God, this was such a solid season and I had very similar opinions on most of the shows you talked about honestly.
My favorite was Darling in the Franxx (I know you didn't include it because it's not finished but oh well lol). Even though DITF is really messy with it's plot and characters, the world is just so fascinating to me. I'm just having a good time analyzing it. The gainax/trigger aesthetic is also great since I'm a huge fan of gainax/trigger.
This was such a quick and nice video, every other seasonal roundup was extremely negative so I'm glad you're more positive about it.
my favourites were definetly Violet Evergarden and Yori Moi, those to made the winter for me (when it comes to non-sequels)

Takagi-san was a cute and relaxing watch. I feel like you'd probably feel the same way about it as Laid Back Camp, but I'd still recommend it.
Honestly, I've been reading RE:Life for so long, and I'm happy with how the anime handled it. In the last chapters, it honestly got kind of redundant and really drawn out... But overall I enjoyed both tremendously.
The ReLife web-manga is a very fast and easy read. It's laid out such that it's perfectly legible on a phone screen without ever having to zoom in and it's a major page-turner.
Relife anime ova episodes doesn’t suck .It’s enjoyable so in the end Anime/manga viewers .I did watch this on everyone was disappointed .I think it’s because the characters kiss another character shows (not gonna spoil the rest )
Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens was also great... if anyone watched it.
I enjoyed a lot Violet Evergarden, not my favourite, but was a great experience...

I had a good time. Definitely not for everybody, because it eschews standard comedy convention every step of the way, but I think it had a lot of effort and creativity put into it.

So far I saw 4 shows .I put four shows like( Devilman crybaby,relife ,B the beginning) are watchable I wouldn’t talk about about it too much
I did watch ancient magus bride but we all know the series got an award from crunchryoll awards anyway
I skipped five shows to be honest that I didn’t mention in the comments .Thanks for some info
I wouldn’t take overlord season 2 anyway l’m still finishing it .2015 anime was great
I can see why people complained about relife but the ending was allright
Maybe it is because of all the hype I saw for '' Mahoutsukai no Yome (The Ancient Magus’ Bride)'' , but I found it really disappointing .
The inconsistency in animation and the pacing is a problem I noticed as well , but the problems that made me drop it are :
1. the cliffhangers that happen in the end of each episode are forced and in every single episode I saw so far ( I think about 5 ) the cliffhanger turned out to be just a misunderstanding , or was resolved in less that one minute on the next episode and the plot went somewhere else from there and
2. the fact that every character on the show , in one way or another , says how powerful this mage is and respects him for that but then he either let's alone his apprentice for plot convenience , or stands there oblivious to the fact that his 500 million dollars worth apprentice/future wife is having a knife on her throat ...
For me this season in a nutshell: couldn't find one series I ended up liking in the end

You have good taste in anime.But you lost me when you mention PTE but didn't say anything.All I see is you like it but you can't explain why you like it.Please don't get me wrong. PTE is really hard to explain to other people why it is awesome (myself included) That's why I try to watch review that have PTE and explain it.
