    Hi saumya i am a big fan of yours, I have my 2nd c section on 10 June and my Dr suggest me to do workout but I am suffering from knee pain and hypothyroid so for that I can't do high intensity workout so plz gv me workout and diet plan for this. Lots of love 😍

    During weight loss.. I mean during diet and workout and all pimples and acne hona normal hai??? I drink 3 ltr water in a day.. 2 cup of green tea.. Still merko acne ho raha hai..       Nothing to worry stop eating oily food and stop eating junk foods and drink pleanty of water every day eat green vegetables daily avoid Maida and be active do some exercise daily and do walking

      Don't be tensed dear i am also 14 yrs old and i had alot of weight but i reduced it by exercises and drank plenty of water not with diet qn ke diet se other skin problems shuru hojate hain aur hamen parhna hota hai to is lye bhi hamen healthy diet chahye hoti hai and ek aur bat ap ka diet plan sirf itna hai ke apne oily junk aur meethe khanon se dur rehna hai aur ghar ka khana khana hai aur half of your diet jitni ap ko bhook hai us ka aadha khana hai baqi ..hope u will rock 💜

And I'm now 52 approximate . Idk my current wgt . Because I don't have any weighing machine. I ordered it . It will reach soon . And can I reduce 10 kg within 5 mnths by intakes about 1200 calories , 2 hr workouts per day ????

      @@jisnashiju6740 no dear we are teenagers. Our body has baby fat we don't need that much exercise. You have to do workout for just one hour. And i was 58 and i lost it in 3 months just with workout. And i ate half meal of my whole diet e.g i eat 1 roti normally but now i have to eat half roti. It really works and after 3 months i was 47 and according to my bmi it is under weight i am so happy with my weight. The workout i did for 3 months was recommended by my sister's husband . He is an owner of gym and he told me about those exercises. But the point is that for maintaining ur weight u have to do these exercises regularly after losing weight too.
