O exercised everyday with apps for 20 or 25 mind a day !After month I felt like I can do more and I exercised 30 minutes a day! 6 days in a week!I didn't count calories because I didn't know what that means,so I ate only oatmeal, some fruits,soup,I didn't eat after 5!Drank more water!I didn't run from breads or sugars,but I notice they took my energy so I quieted them after 1 week when I started this journey! Hello, I may be a rando on the internet but I know the struggles in your life may be very hard for you. I had a difficult time too, trying to keep my insecurities away from it getting the worst in me. Every now and then I just look at the mirror and I feel disappointment. I wake up and I look in the mirror too see that am not comfortable with. But, you still have time to grow and adjust so, I don't want you to think negative about yourself. I faced the same thing too But just keep doing workouts anD slowly increase duration like follow this for 1 weeks then double the exercises from this routine Then watch fit Tuber 20 min workout and follow it for a month or so You will get desired results But don't stop
I just want to say to anybody doing this… it’s worth it!!! I’ve been doing for about 3 weeks and I see improvements. I feel more confident. And even though I’m extremely tired from the workout it feels good. And the more you do the workout the easier it gets. I could barely do the push-ups for the first like 5 days but now I’m doing push-ups easy.
@@suni3626 I actually only did it once a day but I did this for weeks. I’m also a pretty active person too. I’m no expert but I’m sure results will happen quicker if you do more in a day but I found results I’m happy with just doing it once

My heart rate was going up just watching this lol Edit- I quit at burpees so I’m just gunna stick with my homemade easy affective workout, my workout is mostly for a beach body... if you want to know what it is here it is>>> • Make sure you have water! But don’t drink too much in the workout or else you’ll be bloated 1. 25 or 35 jumping jacks 2. Heel lifts (just lift your heels while your standing tall) 3.Crunches (just lay down and come up with your knees tucked to your chest and keep doing that movement) 4. 30 Squats 5. Plank (go in a push up position but on your elbows and make your body long and stay there until you’ve done it for 15 seconds) Last one!!- butterfly kicks- just lay on your back and bring up your legs and do a flutter movement with your legs. So when one leg will be close to the ground, the other leg will be in the air) I hope this work out works for you! Make sure you do it 2 times a day and take a hot shower after so your muscles won’t be so tense, when you get out of the shower, do some breathing exercises... breath in for 7 seconds, breath out for seven seconds. While your doing that breathing exercise, you should be squeezing your body. THANKS LIKE IF YOU LIKE ME EXERCISE!
different people present (obviously) different metabolism with different calorie needs. maybe you need 1300 calories or maybe need 2000 calories. So for your health, look for a doctor to pass you on an ideal diet plan for you
Day 1: ✅ Day 2: thighs and lower abs area paining a lot, but still i feel like i lost some belly fat like🤌 even if this ✅ Day 3: the pain subsided mostly but it's still there, I can feel it while walking down the stairs, or squatting to sit on a chair. So yeah, today it wasn't that hard but yeah, i think I focused more on doing accurate steps so yeah It was better than the first day atleast. Coming back to this video! I remember doing this work out every day during online learning and I lost a lot of weight. However, I haven't been able to keep up and gained a lot of weight back. That's not going to stop me and I'm planning on doing this everyday again ! Love this video! 💖
Do it once a day for a week or two and you’ll feel the difference. Oh, and make sure you warm up with a walk and gentle exercise and stretch afterwards. You won’t feel tired for the rest of the day this way.
Going to start doing this exercise daily hoping to see results before school starts!comment to remind me Day 1-✅ couldn’t complete the full 45 seconds on some workouts, feeling very tired,heavy breathing but with time maybe this workout gets easier. Day2-feeling slightly sore in the abs and upper legs but very minimal upon waking. During exercise I felt sore abs had to skip burpees. I was able to hold through exercise longer progress is being made. Day 3- very sore abs and legs painful to do anything. Workout felt easier and more stable. Seeing progress on abs. Day 4-took a rest day. Day 5-took a long walk instead Day6-rode my bike. Did the exercise and felt u had increased stamina still hard but felt better form in my movements. Felt the burn in my lower abs. Adding an extra workout video to this. Day 7-felt the burn on and again workout felt easier I feel more refreshed and better mental health progress is slow. Week1 complete-✅feeling the progress and seeing some results overall it got easier as the week went on. Soreness lessened. Definitely worth it on to week 2. Day 1-✅gained more strength to hold exercises and have a better balance. Less burn but still hard sometimes. Pairing each day with another 10 mins exercise video for abs Day2-exercise was simple so I added another 15 min abs workout to my routine. Increased stamina and performance results are showing through slightly definitely working. Day3-felt about the same. Day4-did another workout and some of this workout kinda a light day but seeing that I’m doing better at each thing Day5-abs are a lot stronger this workout seems too easy so I add other workouts on top def lost some belly fat Day6-took a light workout today because I wasn’t feeling well. Results are very visible, but still could be better so I’ll keep doing it. Day7-

I am starting to do it after my exams, i love my body but I think I should be fit. Currently i am 13yrs and weigh 56Kgs. I am doing it in evening. Day1- did it felt like hell but did it. Sorry I forgot to do today as i had my dance class. So i am gonna do it 2 times today ,to compensate Day2- did it felt less painfull but still hard. Day3- did the whole workout without much pain, i am able to do it a lot easier than first day. I slipped the workout for some days as i got food poisoning. Day4- did it felt easier but i took lots of break in between to recover myself and my tummy has become a slit slimmed My weigh came to 54-54 kgs

Final edit- I'm not gonna edit anymore but, my feedback is that this is very useful, I've become healthier and lost 4 pounds I'm not doing this routine anymore but I'm starting another one. I do this work out before I shower in the morning , again before I shower in the evening and if I'm in the mood I do it again at night ( I do it lightly at night in my air conditioned room so I don't sweat ). It works guys! I feel less tired and it seems to have worked , I did lose ab 1.5 kg this week 😊

My room is big but when I or anybody moves around the window it makes noise and other people in the apartment can hear so I do it in the living room when no one’s home

I haven’t held up a consecutive workout for MONTHS, mainly due to being busy with high school 😭 but I want to come back strong so I want to try and do this every day after work/school as a start! Hopefully I keep it up 😭 Day 1: my heart hasn’t beated this quick in a long while 😭 glad to get it going again, I kind of forgot how to properly do a lunge but hopefully I’ll get it right 🥲 Day 2: I’m actually coming back to this about 3 days later, but hey! It’s better than nothing! It was a bit harder this time but definitely was much needed! Day 3: this workout is really good if you want to break out a sweat 😂 I’m starting to feel more comfortable with exercise! Day 4: schools about to start! But this is starting to become my go to work out and I definitely have the confidence to continue! Especially since it’s only eight minutes long this will save me so much time :) Day 5: I didn’t feel well today and didn’t want to exercise but I did it anyway! Let me just say, I definitely needed this mood booster. Hopefully today will be a productive day! Day 6: to be honest, I’m coming back to this a week later cause I haven’t been able to wake up early 😭 but I’m starting back up again!! My heart is beating really fast (which is a good thing 😝)

Day 1- Starting this and hoping i will do it. 1st day is good Day 2- My thighs are paining badly. Not even able to walk properly Day 3-It was much more harder today to complete the exercise as my thighs are hurting! But somehow completed! Day 4- My thighs are still hurting today.Its very difficult to climb the stairs. But completed my target today also! Day -5 Thighs are okayish. Not hurting like yesterday. day 1 : couldn’t. literally couldn’t. had to give up 5 minutes in because i was too exhausted day 2 : i was in a lot of pain from doing it yesterday because i never do exercise but i still did this again. was able to complete it and even though i was in pain, it was a bit easier to do. now that i’m done with it, i dont really feel any pain rn? day 3 : i was in so much pain today from this workout. i also really felt the burn while actually doing it just now. again, i was able to complete it like yesterday and im not in pain anymore. tomorrow i have gym (one time thing, my school does yoga and idk why we’re having gym tmrw but wtv) and thats going to be terrible. wish me luck 😭 will update daily day 4 : felt the burn while actually doing the workout, but not after. day 5 : couldnt do it today for personal reasons day 6 : forgot day 7 : forgot day 8 : i was able to do it without much trouble, obviously was still slightly difficult but a lot less than it was at first. i can definitely feel a difference in how hard it is to do. day 9 : omg i was so tired this was painful to do. i cant. oh also i forgot to mention that the only part of this i cant do is the pushups. day 10 (now) : it was a bit easier but i kept having to take breaks because i would get tired. i still cant do the pushups.

I had a difficult time too, trying to keep my insecurities away from it getting the worst in me. Every now and then I just look at the mirror and I feel disappointment. I wake up and I look in the mirror too see that am not comfortable with. But, you still have time to grow and adjust so, I don't want you to think negative about yourself. I just want to say to anybody doing this… it’s worth it!!! I’ve been doing for about 3 weeks and I see improvements. I feel more confident. And even though I’m extremely tired from the workout it feels good. And the more you do the workout the easier it gets. I could barely do the push-ups for the first like 5 days but now I’m doing push-ups easy.

Edit- I quit at burpees so I’m just gunna stick with my homemade easy affective workout, my workout is mostly for a beach body... if you want to know what it is here it is>>>
• Make sure you have water! But don’t drink too much in the workout or else you’ll be bloated
1. 25 or 35 jumping jacks
2. Heel lifts (just lift your heels while your standing tall)
3.Crunches (just lay down and come up with your knees tucked to your chest and keep doing that movement)
4. 30 Squats
5. Plank (go in a push up position but on your elbows and make your body long and stay there until you’ve done it for 15 seconds)
Last one!!- butterfly kicks- just lay on your back and bring up your legs and do a flutter movement with your legs. So when one leg will be close to the ground, the other leg will be in the air)
I hope this work out works for you! Make sure you do it 2 times a day and take a hot shower after so your muscles won’t be so tense, when you get out of the shower, do some breathing exercises... breath in for 7 seconds, breath out for seven seconds. While your doing that breathing exercise, you should be squeezing your body.

So i started to see a little change, it seems a little like there would be forming like small abs on my stomach😳 I also think i ate pretty normaly during this, some days i ate more healthier and some days normally. I've been continuing this now almost another week, not surely everyday but when i have time. I think i've definetly lost weight and i feel a lot healthier😊 But like if u wanna be serious i think you should continue this for a longer time than only a week, and at least do one workout a day. I didn't do this 3-4 times a day, only 1, and some days a also did other exercises or took a long walk. I also recommend to do a 1 minute plank everyday! But eitherways, if you're gonna try this, you don't need to push yourself straight away at this workout, it was also hard for me first, but after i did the movements more days i felt like i could do them better and i felt stronger! Going to start doing this exercise daily hoping to see results before school starts!comment to remind me
Day 1-✅ couldn’t complete the full 45 seconds on some workouts, feeling very tired,heavy breathing but with time maybe this workout gets easier.
Day2-feeling slightly sore in the abs and upper legs but very minimal upon waking. During exercise I felt sore abs had to skip burpees. I was able to hold through exercise longer progress is being made.
Day 3- very sore abs and legs painful to do anything. Workout felt easier and more stable. Seeing progress on abs.
Day 4-took a rest day.
Day 5-took a long walk instead
Day6-rode my bike. Did the exercise and felt u had increased stamina still hard but felt better form in my movements. Felt the burn in my lower abs. Adding an extra workout video to this.
Day 7-felt the burn on and again workout felt easier I feel more refreshed and better mental health progress is slow.
Week1 complete-✅feeling the progress and seeing some results overall it got easier as the week went on. Soreness lessened. Definitely worth it on to week 2.
Day 1-✅gained more strength to hold exercises and have a better balance. Less burn but still hard sometimes. Pairing each day with another 10 mins exercise video for abs
Day2-exercise was simple so I added another 15 min abs workout to my routine. Increased stamina and performance results are showing through slightly definitely working.
Day3-felt about the same.
Day4-did another workout and some of this workout kinda a light day but seeing that I’m doing better at each thing
Day5-abs are a lot stronger this workout seems too easy so I add other workouts on top def lost some belly fat
Day6-took a light workout today because I wasn’t feeling well. Results are very visible, but still could be better so I’ll keep doing it.

Final edit- I'm not gonna edit anymore but, my feedback is that this is very useful, I've become healthier and lost 4 pounds I'm not doing this routine anymore but I'm starting another one. Hey guys! I haven’t held up a consecutive workout for MONTHS, mainly due to being busy with high school 😭 but I want to come back strong so I want to try and do this every day after work/school as a start! Hopefully I keep it up 😭
Day 1: my heart hasn’t beated this quick in a long while 😭 glad to get it going again, I kind of forgot how to properly do a lunge but hopefully I’ll get it right 🥲
Day 2: I’m actually coming back to this about 3 days later, but hey! It’s better than nothing! It was a bit harder this time but definitely was much needed!
Day 3: this workout is really good if you want to break out a sweat 😂 I’m starting to feel more comfortable with exercise!
Day 4: schools about to start! But this is starting to become my go to work out and I definitely have the confidence to continue! Especially since it’s only eight minutes long this will save me so much time :)
Day 5: I didn’t feel well today and didn’t want to exercise but I did it anyway! Let me just say, I definitely needed this mood booster. Hopefully today will be a productive day!
Day 6: to be honest, I’m coming back to this a week later cause I haven’t been able to wake up early 😭 but I’m starting back up again!! My heart is beating really fast (which is a good thing 😝)

Day 1- Starting this and hoping i will do it. 1st day is good
Day 2- My thighs are paining badly. Not even able to walk properly
Day 3-It was much more harder today to complete the exercise as my thighs are hurting! But somehow completed!
Day 4- My thighs are still hurting today.Its very difficult to climb the stairs. But completed my target today also!
Day -5 Thighs are okayish. Not hurting like yesterday. Completed my workout 👍
Day 6- It was completely Better today 😊 Done my exercise.
Day 7 - No thigh pain! Completed the exercise!
Day 8- I am becoming more comfortable with the exercises

Day 1: it was quite tiering and i had to stop a few times during it but i dont hurt too much.
Day2: my legs hurt allot but i got through the exercise
Day3: done the exercise in the morning and i might do it later
Day4: my legs have started to hurt allot less and i feel like im getting better at the exercises

Day6: was busy all day😭

For anyone who is new/begginer this workout is very effective I've been doing it for a month now and I've seen change's I'm about to be in 7th grade I am proud of me losing weight everyone has a dream we just have to work for it 😄

I have just started this, but I’m doing it 2 times a day, in the morning when I wake up.Then an hour before I sleep I do it again. I sometimes take a shower then, but if I’m exhausted I just sleep because that means I find it so relaxing to just flop on my bed and relax. One like is everyday extra after my first trial week of trying this.
But it is not recommended to do a workout before sleep.

It might cause insomnia but it’s better like 3-5 hours before bed 😀

I am doing Roberta gym workouts.. I am not benefitted by them.. But yaa i saw comments and they told that they lose.. I am recommending it to u.. U can do that.. They r effective.. But with diet and determination and patience.. I do workout but cant do diet because my mom makes parathas abd other oily things.
And i can't skip meals.. But i want to do that

Day 1: it was so hard but i did it
Day 2: too much pain but still i did it
Day 3: pain is worse but i didn't give up and did it
Day 4: lesser pain and i did this workout
Day 5: no pain and it was easier to do
Day 6 to day 30: i did it and my face fat is less and my stomach fat is also bit less
I will do this continuously and for better results i am on a diet and i believe i will be slim one day

I’ve been doing this for about 9 days and I can confirm that I’ve lost some weight!! I don’t know exactly how much but my stomach is slowly shrinking! And it keeps me motivated :), today I’m starting two new workouts along with this one and I’m so excited to see the results when I get them! Thank you so much for this workout! 💕

day 1 : couldn’t. literally couldn’t. had to give up 5 minutes in because i was too exhausted
day 2 : i was in a lot of pain from doing it yesterday because i never do exercise but i still did this again. was able to complete it and even though i was in pain, it was a bit easier to do. now that i’m done with it, i dont really feel any pain rn?
day 3 : i was in so much pain today from this workout. i also really felt the burn while actually doing it just now. again, i was able to complete it like yesterday and im not in pain anymore. tomorrow i have gym (one time thing, my school does yoga and idk why we’re having gym tmrw but wtv) and thats going to be terrible. wish me luck 😭

day 8 : i was able to do it without much trouble, obviously was still slightly difficult but a lot less than it was at first. i can definitely feel a difference in how hard it is to do.
day 9 : omg i was so tired this was painful to do. i cant. oh also i forgot to mention that the only part of this i cant do is the pushups.
day 10 (now) : it was a bit easier but i kept having to take breaks because i would get tired. i still cant do the pushups.
I just did it for a week and now I feel fine but my belly isn't helping-
