We should have food every 2 hrs... N do diet then only when you can continue it for whole life.... Let me know.... What to do... Follow your diet or just eat every 2 hrs

@@rohinimani9031 actually i felt very active throughout the challenge that means the whole month i did it...after stopping this exercise i became lazy and...the most important thing is i havent lost any inches in my body..it just made me active...if u want to be active u can do it..but if u start doing this dont stop coz u will become lazy again..haha...thanq
