    Mam... Maine 21 days ka challenge ajj hi pura kiya... But i haven't loose weight yet... I have seen rutuja diwekar book ones in your video.... In that book mention... We should have food every 2 hrs... N do diet then only when you can continue it for whole life.... Let me know.... What to do... Follow your diet or just eat every 2 hrs

    I always give up coz :1. pain starts after practicing one day and can't continue
    2.After drinking water repeatedly, I have to go to the bathroom .
    3.get more hungry when I start dieting..

    Hi I’m a mom to 3 month old baby. I gained 15 kgs during pregnancy and would like to go back to 55 kg. Today is 14th sep , will see if I can loose at least 5 kgs .

      no pls don't do that. exercising on your periods is not good for your health cuz ur body already needs more rest during that time so pls don't give trouble your body..

    I have started this workout today... I'll give updates everyday....
    Day 1 :- its hard with body pains
    Day 2:- still body pains but i did it
    Day 3 :- body pains but i did it
    Day 4:- yeah relived from the pains
    Day 5 :- feeling confident...
    Day 6 :- i did it...
    Day 7 :- as I'm comfortable with this challenge...i hv added a new challenge... I'm doing ua-cam.com/video/GQj6aXt5lHQ/v-deo.html 👈 workout along with this workouts
    Day 8 :- i did it...i can't feel my love handles bcoz of the new exercise...
    Day 9 :- i did it...

    Day 14 :- i did it...
    Day 15:- i did it...
    Day 16 :- i did it...
    Day 17 :- done...

      @@rohinimani9031 actually i felt very active throughout the challenge that means the whole month i did it...after stopping this exercise i became lazy and...the most important thing is i havent lost any inches in my body..it just made me active...if u want to be active u can do it..but if u start doing this dont stop coz u will become lazy again..haha...thanq
