I cud feel the strecth in my arms just as I started practising normally ... I can say this is going to be effective if one does it regularly on a serious note ..

Mam this is soooooo hard to do. I m soo much used to working out with weights in the gym. But i want lean muscle mass. Yoga seems to be helpful but it is sooooo hard to perform. My body has no elasticity like urs probably working out with weights it’s fairly stiff for yoga. Pls advice how to begin with yoga.
