I want to address u as Master instead Vandana ji. Master doing just a video doesn't matter but the explanation and step by step teaching is really hats off to u....love you master
Mam this is soooooo hard to do. I m soo much used to working out with weights in the gym. But i want lean muscle mass. Yoga seems to be helpful but it is sooooo hard to perform. My body has no elasticity like urs probably working out with weights it’s fairly stiff for yoga. Pls advice how to begin with yoga.

Why don't you make 3 each comprehensive video that will benefit viewers. 1 for beginners. 2 for middle aged like working category. 3 for those who are rested/retired. All above 3 video shall mention each asana holding time, and how many times. Total asana of each comprehensive package 10 or 15 easy to remember. Also mention when to practice the ideal time. Vandana Keep doing good job in your life and God bless you and your family and friends and relatives.
