Completed one month.. Before: Left arm - 13.5inches Right arm - 13 inches Now: Left arm - 12.9 inches Right arm - 12.5 inches So happy😍 going to continue the process

Perfectly done today🙏

Doing it from past 5 days twice a date along with intermittent fasting my mid arm circumference is 13 intially but now i can see a change and my clothes are fitting but tight but i will make sure i will do these until at reach a comfortable arm circumference

Sister I have a big problem of my legs. My body is slim but my hip to ankle is very fat. I want some effective exercises to lose my hip to ankle fats. This is my 3rd day doing these exercises and I'm just beginning to feel it in my triceps__my delts are the areas that have been hardest hit from day one! That's good, though, cuz I've always been kind of weak there. On another note, I would like to know what music you used for this video__I really love it! You choose really nice music for your videos. Ends extremely abruptly without any Cool down exercises. I’m sure there are videos of yours with arm cool-out exercises but after an intense session like these for first timers cooling down especially stretching is mandatory else it will lead to immense soreness and pain. I’m surprised you didn’t even verbally mentioned about cooling down exercises. But this is a good workout regime.
Thank you. I started in October 2021. Six months later the arm fat is gone. I wanted to give up several times but now I know it was worth it.
