    Thank you. I started in October 2021. Six months later the arm fat is gone. I wanted to give up several times but now I know it was worth it.

      @@2oldforthisshit I worked out every day. First week I did the exercises once than from the second week I did repeats up to five times. I lost 3cm (1,18 inches) but as I mentioned it took six months to see the result.

    Completed one month..
    Before:
    Left arm - 13.5inches
    Right arm - 13 inches
    Now:
    Left arm - 12.9 inches
    Right arm - 12.5 inches
    So happy😍 going to continue the process

    Day 2 ❤❤❤very very effective I never realized how much weight my arms carry wow !!! I had to stand up to do circles otherwise chair was okay ✅….Consistency…..Summer coming I’m

    I started today I will update daily.... It's my challenge
    Day 1; really felt hard...and took 3 sec break for each 30 second... I feel tension in my arms... Lets see the upcoming days
    Day 2: it hurts much than day 1...but i pushed my self and done it👍
    Day 3: it didn't hurt than 1st 2 days...
    But hurt a little... I feel pain in my shoulders... Perfectly done today🙏

    auh, this was my first time, and this is so hard, lmao i feel like my arm is gonna fall. But I did it very well! This is hard but i will continue this workout for my arms to be slim!💪🏻💪🏻💗

    I stumbled upon your channel a couple of days ago. I simply enjoy all your tips and exercises. I have never battled with my weight,but it is so true that as we get older our muscles and tone go to the dogs! I have been doing all your exercises for a few days and love that they accommodate age and back issues! I am following a healthier but sensible diet too to get back into shape and to tone my post lockdown body. I feel great, sleep better and my stress levels are much lower. Thank you!

    I just started now... I will update my experience....
    Day 1:👍...can do every exs only for 50 sec... And I feel pain in both arms and shoulders..
    Day 2: 👍 I feel pain than the 1st day... Took 3 sec break blw every 30 seconds... 🥲

Long story short...) Its hard to get it off!

    hi, I have been following these 7 steps daily since 15 days. I don’t find much progress in reduction of arm fat. Can you please suggest some more steps to reduce arm fat. I’m following your 15 min Zumba dance, it is effective and I can feel ease and body is flexible. Now my only problem is to reduce arm fat. Please suggest. Thank you.

    Doing it from past 5 days twice a date along with intermittent fasting my mid arm circumference is 13 intially but now i can see a change and my clothes are fitting but tight but i will make sure i will do these until at reach a comfortable arm circumference

    I started the arm exercises 10 days ago and its funny cause I actually see some muscle definition in my biceps, but my wings seem even more saggy!!! I wonder if that's good or normal...🤔I haven't measured nor tried anything on that was tight yet; but plan to continue.

    Sister I have a big problem of my legs. My body is slim but my hip to ankle is very fat. I want some effective exercises to lose my hip to ankle fats. Specially, I want to get slim ankles that I haven't. Please,,,, that's my biggest request to you to give me the most effective and earlier suggestion for it😢❤❤❤❤❤.

    This is my 3rd day doing these exercises and I'm just beginning to feel it in my triceps__my delts are the areas that have been hardest hit from day one! That's good, though, cuz I've always been kind of weak there.
    On another note, I would like to know what music you used for this video__I really love it! You choose really nice music for your videos.

    Ends extremely abruptly without any Cool down exercises. I’m sure there are videos of yours with arm cool-out exercises but after an intense session like these for first timers cooling down especially stretching is mandatory else it will lead to immense soreness and pain. I’m surprised you didn’t even verbally mentioned about cooling down exercises. But this is a good workout regime.
