I want to reduce my whole body fat..I had tried a lot of workouts and diet plans, but I am not seeing any major changes and I tired of this..... I request you to make a video over this ....and a complete one video workout for whole body fat lose.... it's a great request to you.

Great practice. It was moderately challenging. I felt strong at the top but my endurance started to wane by the end. Kept reminding my body to keep breathing.
Excellent practice... I enjoyed it well throughout the session. Chathuranga dandasana is difficult for me.. Thank you for inspiring and lots of love 😊👏
I don’t know why but my hands slip off while doing downward facing dog and related postures. I can’t do that posture properly . Can you please suggest me anything.?
