3 years ago I developed a crush on a girl I was so obsessed that I looked up her name on social media, tried looking up her address, and see where she hung out. I'm glad she didn't know I did any of these things. I unconsciously did all these things and it was terrifying when I snapped out of it, I had to end that crush. I'm glad that I snapped out of it and ended that crush because now I am more self-aware and in a better mental state in fact this is the best I have ever felt about myself since I was a cocky kid.

I knew a girl that ended up having a crush on a boy. This boy was a introverted geek, but for some reason, she liked that he was "mysterious". I wouldn't call him a 'bad boy' , but, the boy wasn't reciprocating her feelings. And this continued on for her entire high school life.
Maybe she saw something in him that I didn't, but she didn't end up moving on to try new people and was stuck in a loop. (Thankfully, this didn't stop her from having a good high-school life, but it sure felt like it was a thorn in her side)

You know what sucks? When people who are already in a relationship kinda hint towards the fact, that they would've chosen you, if they weren't in a relationship now. And those who aren't end up being the abusive type (number 4) or are completely obsessed with you, even though it doesn't fit at all.
I really, REALLY got some mental breakdowns thanks to this, and it still goes on today. Sometimes, I'd like to know what the f I did in my life to deserve that kind of treatment. Love just happens, but in my (and probably some others) case, it goes wrong in every possible way *ever*

I have some tips/suggestions to stop crushing on ur crush!🙂...
1) Get urself really busy,take part in new activities,make ur daily routine so busy that the only time u get free is literally for dinner n then sleep!
Also note even if u don't want to join new activities etc,u have to,even if u don't feel lyk it,this way na,ur mind will get so busy that eventually u WILL move on (cos u won't allow ur mind to think about ur crush)!😏
2) Be safe flirty with all girls/guys (safe flirty means for example compliment everyone but don't make it seem flirty to em,but FEEL flirtfull urself when u do so),for example u could say '' I'm in love with ur clothes WOW!😍" instead of saying "Hey I love ur clothes babe!😉"
This is helpful because when u be safe flirting,u will start to feel alive, without feeling guilty,as u will feel that u don't need ur crush to outshine ur sweetness (many atimes we deep inside want our crush to know that we r amazing,sweet,kind)!
Also by doing this,a time will come when u will feel that u could fall for someone else,if u allow ur self to do so!
Make sure tho that ur safe flirtyness is honest, meaning compliment honestly when u feel lyk it,not cos u think u have to! Safe flirty is genuinely to be done if u find someone attractive in general but feel they r not ur cup of tea in someway or another either! Be careful not to mislead anybody's feelings,safe flirting should be done with super caution!😌
3) Love urself n focus on ur well being,when u love urself,true love finds u,n by true love I don't necessarily mean a partner,I mean u will for sure find out that the only person who deserves ur true love is u urself,n urself deserves ur love in return,once u realize this,u would become the cake with frosting that only needs to be decorated but ur yummy even without the decoration, meaning ur enough for u,n if someone comes into ur life,the person is only a bonus in ur life,n that the person maybe a part of ur life to add extra beauty,but the person is definitely not ur life,n ur just as good even if the person is not part of ur life,ur STILL a very yummy cake!😛❤️
4) Allow ur heart to accept the fact that life doesn't only revolve around ur crush,for example instead of focusing on ur crush most/all of ur time,u may instead switch ur thought to that there r people who starve n r hungry,n all I'm thinking about is my crush?! This way u will feel a sense of shame that there r more deep important matters to think about n look at me,I'm letting my mind wonder about someone who I probably can not be with,n look at me I'm purposely wasting my time (this feeling of shame is good for u)!🙂

I m really so glad to know that I don't have any signs of unhealthy crush and this also helped me clear somethings in my mind like even if I am too relaxed and not following my crush in any sort of condition , it doesn't mean that I don't like that person its just that I would like things to go pretty slowly and comfortably and maybe someday he might like me 💛
I can confirm that crushing badly on someone who lives very far away from you, doesn't love you back in the same way, loves another guy and tells it to you, AND has suicidal tendencies, is defintely torture. No. One year is nothing unless one of those persons is still underage, for legal reasons, although mentally there isn't much difference either. Difficult age gaps depend on the moment of life each person is in. Normally 10+ years difference pose problems, although not so much after people get into their late 20s and early 30s.
