Thank you Terri, I for one will be very interested in that course! 🙏🙏🙏 My dog passed away last Tuesday after 14 years of fun and love, it was her time, and she was happy right up until the day before. So, it was nice to see your dogs. Take care and many blessings🤗
So sorry to hear of your loss especially after having her as a member of the family for so long. Glad she had a peaceful passing. A few people seem to have lost pets recently. Condolences and blessings to you too.
I literally CAN'T WAIT for the launch of your course Terri ! Your announcement came almost immediately after I asked Spirit to guide me between herbalism or naturopathy. You brought the answer directly. What a great way to begin 2022! ☘🌱☘
I just love learning all about plants and herbs from you. You are such a wealth of knowledge. Looking forward to your upcoming launch. Bay leaves have a wonderful smell. It’s fun to learn the history that you share. Hope you have a great week ahead. Thank you. Hugs to you & the dogs & cat🐶🐱
Terri , again another fantastic video. I really feel like I'm coming home when I hear your guitar theme tune and seeing you in the garden in fact I just had a quite overwhelming feeling of content and happiness and nearly cried at the beginning. Could be the pregnancy hormones , but if I'm honest it feels like more of the fact that the world is getting very suppressive , and in that moment you reminded me that nature is abundant and for that I am blessed. It was like you re-centred me in that moment. Love Lol's new camera angle when cutting the leaves. Thanks Lol. Also love to see his after shave. Oh I'm so pleased about the new medicinal course you are launching in Jan. You answered what I was searching for as usual. Blessed Be ❤️🐝 Samantha xxxxxx
The world is seemingly becoming more oppressive with governments beginning to do terrible things to their own people but it won't do you or baby any good to focus on such things. There are lots of good people, lots of good things and beautiful Nature to focus on. You are blessed and loved xx
Thank you Terri for being behind the screen for us .You are such a joy to watch . Learning a lot from you. So happy to have found you . Just love watching your videos, taking notes and put in practice what you show us. An excellent teacher!!!! At 47 years old, I can finally say I found my excellent “teacher”, one that I can actually learn something from. I’ve just made the rosemary tincture, but what and how can I use it for, please? Thank you very much Terri. Looking forward to your next video.❤️
Thank you so much Oana. What praise! When your Rosemary tincture is ready to strain, you can use for cardiovascular issues, it helps with memory and focus - great during exams. Good for older people who are possibly becoming forgetful. Anti bacterial etc so helpful during winter and it is very warming.
Just another GREAT discovery. Your year long Wise Woman herbal course. Everything I could have asked for (or dreamed of) is contained within it. Bless the Goddess!
Thank you, can’t wait till January. I’ve just made lemon balm tincture and today Rose Petals in Avacado oil .... I will also make a tincture with my lavender flowers once they are blooming- I’ve just made your liquid washing liquid, it’s fabulous- I so enjoy your channel - all the way here from Tasmania in Australia xx
Thank you Terri! I like the clothes pin idea! Another thing I do with fresh plant matter in a tincture is add a tiny glass jar (sample jelly jar)without a lid, as a weight for the plant matter. That way it doesn't float up to the lid and the air space area and mold. It's worked well so far.
Sadly we can’t grow bay here at all …. Too cold in the Winter… it is not a fan of lots of ice and snow lol… I’ve done tinctures of sorts on and off for years but you inspire me to be more attentive to doing so… I’ve be using a French press coffee maker to strain my herbs…seems to work fairly well. I love all the background info especially …it’s truly appreciated. Thanks again for sharing all of this. You are truly generous with your knowledge I’m off a few days on leave from work…I think I know what I might be using some of that time on. 😊 Once again have a great week…. Looking forward to January!
I always learn so much from your videos. Looking forward to your new launch. I love the fragrance of bay rum. I would occasionally find an aftershave of it at farmers markets and would purchase to use as my cologne and room spray, how I love its fragrance. Thank you and many blessings 🙏🏼💫❣️
Wow! It is over 10 years since we had weather where the temperature dropped so low. Being on the coast we rarely ever get below 0 C. Enjoy the crispiness xx
Wonderful Terri. Received your books, both volumes. Enjoying vol 2 now. I'm self taught and never far from an herbal remedy book at home. I have a vast apothecary with plant medicine from my garden. I'm in an open Scottish glen but most herbs seem to cope well although a poly tunnel is next on my list. Love your videos and always look forward to them. You have such a nice manner and not preachy like some vlogs I've watched. 🍀🌾
Thank you, I wouldn't like to come across as preachy, so glad to hear I don't!😃Your glen must be the right way around in regards to wind. But even here, with all the coastal wind there is an abundance of medicinal plants. Hope you get your polytunnel....maybe Santa will bring one. x
Thank you. Hugs and Love from Across the Pond :D Im still loving the Blackberry Oxymel. It's strong now that I don't have the head cold but it is very effective.

Storm didn't really affect us - we just had some wind. Still very mild. I will be sharing the recipe in the Herbal Medicine course when we do the skin care and body care module.😃
Yes, I absolutely enjoyed your video! Funny how sometimes the most simplistic ideas are out there, ie the clothes pegs, or clothespins 😊, to hold the cloth onto the bowl! Also, super to put brown paper on a jar if one doesn’t have the brown tinted bottles!!!! Ahhh, all about sharing ideas. Sometimes I do just have to say ‘brilliant’ when a realization pops up!! Hiya Terri lovely chat/visit with you today. I got my notebook out as soon as I saw the title. As others have commented similar thoughts I shall scroll down and like. Your friendly face popped up at the right time, as I’m grieving my cat Beckham passed away in his sleep last week, and just found out an old friend passed a few days back. Anywhoo Terri what I’m trying to say is that I find your channel very comforting so Thankyou. On a brighter note congratulations on your future endeavour sounds fab. So sorry to hear about your lovely Beckham but glad to hear it was a peaceful passing. Sending you comfort and condolences for him and your friend. Thank you for your best wishes and yes I do post to Canada. xx
That is good news about Bay leaves breaking up stones. I did not know that. I crush bay leaves in my hot tea already, but I'd love to make this tincture. Which additive would work best for urinary health? Glycerin, vodka, or apple cider vinegar?
Lovely, thank you. I have many Bay trees and shrubs on my property because I planted 10 plants about 9 years ago along my wall on the front road, and they are huge now, plus there are several trees that are native to the place. I'm in southern Italy and many people make a liqueur with bay. I use the leaves a lot in cooking, but want to make a tincture now!
Terri thank you so much for sharing your knowledge I have a little book with your recipes etc ...written in it 🥰....looking forward to your launch in January..🌿..blessings 🙏
thank you, this is helpful. the course sounds great! couple of questions, if you don't mind? what does oxidation do? how can you tell if oxidation has occurred? is the process exactly the same with glycerine? your channel is so helpful, informative, and interesting. thank you again. 🙏🏻
Hi Mystery Machine. Yes, using glycerine is the exact same process. Oxidation can occur when there is too much air in the jar which is why you want all the plant material to be covered by the menstruum. Oxidation is rare but can affect the top of the tincture - basically the plant material goes "off" and begins to rot. If this happens you may not be able to use the tincture. It is more of a problem with infused oils.
We always had bay candles for Christmas...they are so hard to find recently...your bay tree is beautifully heathy..wonderful video.🍀🍃
They sound lovely. I am glad the tree is flourishing so well. x
My Italian grandmother always burned bay candles!

Thanks for watching Joyce!
That is good news about Bay leaves breaking up stones. I did not know that. I crush bay leaves in my hot tea already, but I'd love to make this tincture. Which additive would work best for urinary health? Glycerin, vodka, or apple cider vinegar?
Either. The most potent is the vodka, the most nutritious would be ACV and the glycerine would be the most gentle.
Sooo excited too - :) X
Hurray!
Thank you so much, tomorow i will do this ❤️❤️❤️
Great to hear that Roberta. Leave it for four to six weeks.
A worthy channel love it.🍷
So glad to hear that. I hope you enjoy all the videos xx
Thank you!
Give it a try!
Oh how I enjoyed this video!!!!!!!!
So good to hear that Dili!
Terri thank you so much for sharing your knowledge I have a little book with your recipes etc ...written in it 🥰....looking forward to your launch in January..🌿..blessings 🙏
I feel honoured Angela. Blessings to you🙏
thank you, this is helpful. the course sounds great! couple of questions, if you don't mind? what does oxidation do? how can you tell if oxidation has occurred? is the process exactly the same with glycerine?
your channel is so helpful, informative, and interesting. thank you again.
Thanks for sharing 🥃 👍 Can't wait that my bay tree is growing so that I can harvest some leaves 🍃
Good luck and enjoy!
Thank you Dear Terri : )
You are welcome Blue Star! x
Thank you, that will be helpful.
Good - I hope so and thanks for watching.

Thanks Bridget!
Fabulous tip using the pegs. I use an elastic band, which sometimes pops off, so thankyou for the solution!
It is brilliant but don't thank me - I wish I could remember who suggested it - big thanks!
