I really love to make infusions to drink, my go to every day is stinging nettle with elderberries, my body just screams out for it. I was, not now but i fostered Dogs that had come from horrific situations & left them mentally upset & quite by accident i was trimming the catnip & i had a wee foster boy outside with me, he had survived an awful dog hoarding & cruelty situation, anyway i looked behind me to see that this English Bull Terrier had made a nest in off cuts, he was asleep & content. So i dried the catnip & made a cloth collar & put the catnip in & it was wonderful to see him relax & not living in fear so i love catnip, will try it myself. Thank You for all You share, much appreciated. 🦋
I grew up in Bedsits and flats mainly …I was always in the Garden with my Nana and Papa in Scotland until I was 7 …all I ever wanted was a little piece of Earth to grow on …and a loving family …I got that much later in life in England but so very grateful so I am. Lol ❤️🌻☘️
Thank you Terry and Lol a feast for all the senses, such a beautiful film and music. Brimming with good healthy advice, I love Lavender, Chamomile and Peppermint -Spearmint they soothe and invigorate too. Thank you, Terri! Just looking at your beautiful herbal gardens is a stress reliever. My favorite mantra when I'm stressed, anxious, or fearful is "I am Safe. I am Happy. I am Healthy. I am at Peace." Especially effective with eyes closed and slow breaths. 💚
I made some st Johns wort tincture to help me with low moods in the winter and was so happy to find out how well it worked . I make so many things now thanks to your lovely channel xxx

Good morning 🥀🌸🌹 1000 views no comments 😂🤣 Beautiful gardens and filming. I do grow many of what you share here, St John's is taking over 😮 Do have an enjoyable week and thank you! 🥰
This podcast came at the right time for me. Stressed out with a senior dog (18 yrs) and a puppy (11 months) who are both determined to push me over the edge. On top of that the burn out from the way the world is becoming. I am off to get me some herbs. Have a wonderful week. And thank you for another brilliant podcast xx

So many beautiful plant friends here 💚 I love them all. My absolute favorite for my type of anxiety is Motherwort. She always feels like a wise, calm mother who sits with me until I calm down. 🌿
I’ve recently found your videos and I find them so relaxing and informational! I’m 21 and live in the U.S, I was never really taught about herbs as a child or teen & their wonderful uses. I really appreciate your videos & try my best to retain as much knowledge as possible💓
I'm so glad to hear that you enjoy the videos. I am delighted to help you. Good luck with learning. Look back through my videos - I have two or three about books and there are some herb books recommended that might be of use to you. xx

You are right, and the ornamental varieties may not have the same medicinal properties. Medicinal plants tend to have vulgare or officinale or officinalis in their latin names. Lemon Balm for example is Melissa officinalis; Lavender is Lavendula officinalis, Vervain is Verbena officinalis, ...
❤❤❤ Thank you Terri. Years so before I knew anything about herbalism I grew lemon balm in my garden and often made tea for myself. This was at a time when I was under incredible stress and anxiety. I was drawn to it but had no idea how much I needed it. My older sister, who was very ill, was living with me then. She had a talking parakeet that LOVED lemon balm. I’d drink tea as Mrs. B (the bird) munched on a few leaves. We got through those difficult days together ❤😂

With the photo shoots of the roses, also putting some rose petals (with their oils) into the tea (like lavender) is also a relaxant, calmer, and soother.
One thing about Lavender, that I don't like the smell, but from some reason, when I smell my 'anxiety' oil blend with Lavender scent it feels comforting and put's me at ease.
You give people herbs for stress. I give books. My favorite in this moment is St. Julian, Revelations of Divine Love-“All will be well, and all will be well, and all manner of things will be well.”
Very helpful information as always, Terri. Thank you for including your dogs playing. Neither of them were going to give up on pulling that rag. I have to wonder which one won, or if they both just gave up. It’s always nice to have a bit of unexpected joy in a video. 😊💖🦋🕊
Thank you Terri and Lol. This is a timely video, and I very much appreciate the content. I'm studying herbs through an online program, and all this info is great to reference. Wishing you blessings of the season, and a prosperous harvest. 🐝🐝🐝 All my best from Canada.
Thank you ✨💐🌹🍀 always look forward to seeing and hearing your Sunday UA-cam videos . Just wish I had a garden to plant into the ground. Everything is in clay pots or wooden planters made by my dad. You garden is looking so beautiful and you toos . Xx
Good morning Terri and family! Another mystical visit! The timing surreal with my son in law facing the care for his mother- ( fractured hip and needed ball joint and part femur replaced). My young green witch granddaughter is staying with me and is now also under Danu’s tutelage. She can be of immense help at a mere 10 years old. Blessings and much gratitude!

Loved the video. I sat down with a nice cup of chamomile tea and watch it. Loved all the mullein plants in your garden. I just got don’t harvesting mullein here in Pennsylvania. Making a tincture with some and am drying some for other uses through the year (respiratory and glandular problems). Thanks for the lovely video. 🤗
Thank you Lovely, another extremely informative video, you really are a super teacher 😁 And I must say your garden and flowers are really looking beautiful right now 🌻Have a wonder week, Niki x
Your garden and dogs are lovely.. Music too!! Recently flew to take care of my grandson and to make the trip more enjoyable, I downloaded “a bunch” of your videos to watch on the plane! Nice!👍🏼👍🏼
I picked some Lemon Balm for a tea this morning. It's one of my favorites. Thanks for your other suggestions. With the extreme heat and humidity we're having now, a cooling iced tea will be very refreshing.
You are so generous Terri in sharing all these wonderful tips and tools ❤️ I thoroughly enjoy visiting You each sunday . A Big thank you hug from Argentina.
Wonderful….Rosemary has been proven to help with focus as well as memory…love this amazing herb for so many reasons…stay blessed and thank you for sharing once again …
Danu, this is one of the most beautiful videos you & Terri have made, and it's very interesting that you say things are seeming very "Autumnal", I have noticed that here in my farm garden also. We have not had the huge oppressive heat which I'm happy about, and I did see a few leaves on my cotoneaster turning orange already. Thank you for this lovely teaching walk through your garden this morning, always a cup of calm before my day really begins and it's lovely!
Strangely, or maybe not so strangely, things here are maturing weeks earlier than what is 'normal'. I was speaking with a neighbour yesterday, another herbal medicine person here in our small rather remote village. She was postulating, perhaps things are earlier than what we normally see because of how tough last year was with a very cold late spring in May, a monsoon June then drought in July continuing into August, then a rather dry autumn. I'm not sure what is going on, besides that weather patterns are certainly changing. We just have to try to get through it as best we can. Thanks for reminding me about those herbs you spoke about on your film today. I grow most of what you have so all those herbs are at hand here and I do use them when my 'intuition' refers them to me. I was glad to see that wonderful wormwood plant you have growing. I did have wormwood here but it has died out and I must get more going here in my garden and yard. Have fun at your up coming event. Enjoy your summer. Cheers from B.C. in far off western Canada!
Many Thanks for this information, could you possibly zoom in on the plant your speaking about so i’m sure I have the correct species of plant please ✨🌹✨Greetings from Oregon USA ❤️
Another fabulous video. It's filled with great wisdom and is so beautifully shot. Thank you for putting so much love into all you do. Blessings to you both!
I've just finished foraging for St. John's wort and making both a tincture and a salve where it is a native plant here in Northern Idaho, USA, where I live. I love the "construct" of your videos, the cut aways of your garden, the dogs, cats, sky, sunsets, sea. It seems that Lowell (sp?) may be quietly instrumental in your videos? At any rate, I love your channel. It is a constant inspiration. I'm starting a lavender infused oil to eventually use in soap making. Thank you, thank you, for sharing your lovely, healing garden rife with the spirits and sprites of Nature.
Enjoyed this video as always! I would love to spend a day walking in your garden! When I was sick with C a couple of years ago, I would take walks in my yard and always stop at my rosemary plant and pick a stem to just breathe in deeply. So I made a steam pot with some sprigs and lemon and garlic. I truly think it helped in recovery. Plants are so powerful! Thank you for all you share! Blessings from Mississippi USA. 🦋
Your videos are a godsend in these crazy times. So soothing and beautiful. Thank you🥰

Super film ,so much information.Hope the workshop goes well 🐝🐝 xx
You are so generous Terri in sharing all these wonderful tips and tools ❤️ I thoroughly enjoy visiting You each sunday . A Big thank you hug from Argentina.
Wonderful….Rosemary has been proven to help with focus as well as memory…love this amazing herb for so many reasons…stay blessed and thank you for sharing once again …
Rosemary is so loveable and so helpful xx
I can see you like lace cap hydrangea's.
They are great, i like them too.
Thanks for the advice in your video ❤
Danu, this is one of the most beautiful videos you & Terri have made, and it's very interesting that you say things are seeming very "Autumnal", I have noticed that here in my farm garden also. We have not had the huge oppressive heat which I'm happy about, and I did see a few leaves on my cotoneaster turning orange already. Thank you for this lovely teaching walk through your garden this morning, always a cup of calm before my day really begins and it's lovely!
Hi Terri. Great video. Take care and have a good week
Great podcast Terri Thank you 🏴
I love your videos. I love the scenery. I love your fur babies. ❤️
Nice to see the Great Mullein in your beautiful Garden, thank you for sharing.
Thank-you for all the great information! Blessings!
Shhh!🤫
I recently found you on u-tube. Loving your knowledge and videos. Thank you so much❤ I'm new to this and loving every minute ✌️
Welcome! I hope you enjoy the channel and find it useful xx
Absolutely 😊
Thanks so much from Rome!
Heaven. Thanks Terri 🌱💗
They really are - and they work with us deliberately I think xx
