- This 50 min full body HIIT workout is super intense and will have you burn 1000 calories. I have put together some of the most intense exercises from my workouts into a sweaty but yet balanced mash up routine. With a variety of high intensity strength and cardio movements this routine is great for both burning fat and building strength. It's going to get sweaty, so grab a towel and meet me on the mat!

This has been my go to workout since Texas heat has not allow me to get outside and walk my 5 miles. It's a tough routine but I enjoy it, please make more routines like this for massive calorie burn🦾🦾🦾🦾

Started doing this today. Was able to continue up to 25 mins. Sweating like Niagara 😂. Gonna beat that 50 mins day by day. Highly recommended and Thanks for an efficient workout program.

Great workout, not boring, went by quickly, perfect level for me on an indoor only day. There were repeats in several rounds. I don't really mind that, but just for those who do, the NO REPEATS section of the summary was not true. Thanks for these videos!

From all my tests of workouts, i can say that Olivers the best, really hard and really i felt satisfied , i started about 2 weeks ago, try to do at least 4 times a week, hope after a month i will see desirable effect

Okay so here are my feedback for my own record later.
Hurm let's start with something that i love first just love the feeling that i felt after finished this session, completely soaked with my own sweat, slightly felt some burning around my stomach area, love the arrangement of this workout..
Kay next something that i don't really like or perhaps just my weakness the repeated movement 😢 and yeah more lovely if they include cooldown/after workout stretching at the end...

Good workout, nice to do a "thousand" calorie workout in 50 minutes. Not sure of the real calories burnt, but felt good after finishing.

Thanks for the wonderful workout coach, sheesh my legs almost gave up at middle of fourth round hahahaha at 5th round it's like a stone how hard it is but it's the final push from middle of fourth round so I didn't give up the challenge is the 3 flutter kicks in one round the 3rd i felt like swinging 2 hammers alternatively, at 5th round the one with the pushup gave my legs a bit relieve so i have done it 😆 but hey it's a improvement in terms of endurance i have done too the other 50 mins before after ending it I don't even know how did i finish it my mind is a mess and heart racing but now my legs just felt stoned and breathless 🤣🤣🤣
