just wanted to thank you for making this workout video, long story short I was 110 kg back in 2023 but then I started practicing this workout in September 2023 until today, consistently doing this exercise + weightlifting training 5x in a week, I lost 27 kg with my current weight 83 kg. Huge and mad respect for you man, chin up for a brighter day ahead!
This is by far my best work out video. I've done this routine for over six months now and I am still not bored.. Thanks.

I'm very thankful for this workout. I can't do lunges.. my knees do NOT like them and I never feel like I'm doing them properly. Stumbling onto your channel was the best thing that's happened to be in a long time because the workouts are short enough for me to find the time but also powerful enough to give me results. My first goal was to lose 15 pounds and I've already lost 7 in a week.. so thank you. :)

This was brilliant! Did it once in the afternoon, I'm going to do it again in the evening. So fun and effective! I've heard the music from 6:28 to 7:00 for the first time but the track is so motivating! Just wow!

Done loads of HIIT classes on UA-cam, but this is by far the best. Found this page last Thursday and went to work buzzing! I do a physical job too! Can’t wait to try more of his classes 👍🏻

Recently i have lost 10kg but now my weight is not going down so i thought to change my workout..I am starting with 90.2kgs i will come back after 15days to tell my progress to you all😄

I was 14.8 and 0.4 from obese the gp said so I started calorie control and I’m currently 10.8 started this work out 5 days ago twice a day along with another hiit one hoping to see results in a few weeks .. 👌

I am also a 5’6” and 135 pound male, who old are you tho?
5'6" as well but 160lb and 46 years old. Did a 45 min weightlifting workout in gym 3 hours before but I burned similar 215 calories according to whoop strap.
