    2 & 1/2 months I’ve lost 45 lbs. I Rotate this video with another one of yours that focuses more on upper body. Staying true to my diet, utilizing your videos, and adding in a walk every day has gotten me back to feeling good about myself. Thank you for your videos.

    Love the hiit 15min workouts. Start off with a 3km run, then a 15-minute workout. Really gets the heart rate going.

    I am 13 years old and my weight was 71 kgs and now my weight is 65.5 kgs within 33 days with 2 times this excercise ,diet and calories deficit i cut 500 calories to 600 calories in one day I also consume small amount of sweet or oily items once in week with some more excercise so, do the excercise twice whenever you want with empty stomach so tata gooood byee and just do it 💥🔥🔥🔥💥💥💯💯💯🔥💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥

    As a sixty-five-year-old woman, it's been difficult to find workouts that meet the guidelines for health and don't cause some kind of strain or injury after repetition. I've been doing your 15-minute workouts two to three times weekly for the past six months with great success. Cardio is improved and absolutely no strain anywhere. THANK YOU!!

    very simple to follow even for an obese guy like myself, have started doing this every other morning before work. The only difference is that I have way more energy, s*x is better but I don't know if i'm burning fat but I feel happy. Thanks dude.

      I recommend only doing 2-3 times a week with a 24 hour rest period to not get injuries. It's High intesity for a reason, and especially when you're a beginner. Your body needs rest

    Easy to follow and clear instructions. On the easy side for me. That this burns 300 calories though is a huge exaggeration for most.

    I love the mix of everything you do. Especially your craft videos, I found you via your sewing videos and loved all your crafts bits and was so excited for your book. I’m not a massive gardener but I like seeing what you do and your different ideas in the garden. I do also like the vlog style bits as it’s a nice change to see something different and fun and exciting and find out about new things.

    Great video, but is the 300 cal not for two times this workout? I make same tempo or a bit higher temp then you and I get +-150 for 15 min and 290-300 for twice with 5 min break. Can you elaborate as I can't see anywhere written that 300 is for this 15 min for you?
