I am 13 years old and my weight was 71 kgs and now my weight is 65.5 kgs within 33 days with 2 times this excercise ,diet and calories deficit i cut 500 calories to 600 calories in one day I also consume small amount of sweet or oily items once in week with some more excercise so, do the excercise twice whenever you want with empty stomach so tata gooood byee and just do it 💥🔥🔥🔥💥💥💯💯💯🔥💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥

I recommend only doing 2-3 times a week with a 24 hour rest period to not get injuries. It's High intesity for a reason, and especially when you're a beginner. Your body needs rest
I love the mix of everything you do. Especially your craft videos, I found you via your sewing videos and loved all your crafts bits and was so excited for your book. I’m not a massive gardener but I like seeing what you do and your different ideas in the garden. I do also like the vlog style bits as it’s a nice change to see something different and fun and exciting and find out about new things. I think you have a really good balance ❤ xx
Great video, but is the 300 cal not for two times this workout? I make same tempo or a bit higher temp then you and I get +-150 for 15 min and 290-300 for twice with 5 min break. Can you elaborate as I can't see anywhere written that 300 is for this 15 min for you?
For every workout from different person i've tried to do, in my opinion, your workouts suit for my goal.. It's not too slow or too fast, yet your workout plan drains my sweat...

Love the hiit 15min workouts. Start off with a 3km run, then a 15-minute workout. Really gets the heart rate going.
