    These videos have helped me on my weight loss journey , so convenient to pick a time some times
    Do three a day some times the one half hour , I have lost two stone since august 20th 2024, from doing by these work outs , walking lots and eating right

      actually hiit is supposed to be this "easy" because you need to just get your heart rate up and stay there for your fat to burn, believe it, I've done maybe 20-30 or so workouts on youtube that claim to be "hiit" but actually are just wastes of time because of how strenuous they are. I've been doing these workouts and LISS workouts and they unlike the "hitt" workouts are actually do something to burn fat.

    Quick by nice, thanks. I noticed that I am able to kick higher today than I was in the past, which is good, and I finally realized that when doing the knee up and jump I should jump on the leg still on the ground, so I started to do that. 133 calories with 171 total calories and an average heart rate of 125bpm, it was nice.

    I like these 15 minute videos. Sometimes I don't think I can do any more and 30 minutes seems daunting, but once I get started I'm happy to keep going so the 15 minute videos are really motivating for me :)

      Shouldn’t be doing cardio before lifting weights it’s should be after as you loose significant energy and won’t perform to youre highest while lifting

    Starting hiit workout on august 20 … currently weighing 77 kg and my height is 5”9 - 5”10 and the goal is 67 kg will tell u the results each month till dec 1

    Can you please do a HIIT workout using dumbbells?
    Of course, you’d use light dumbbells if you’re using them for HIIT, but they’re still helpful for exerting more energy during HIIT.
