I want to thank you for the idea to make buns with this crust. I rolled it out into a rectangle about 6 inches wide and 14 inches long. I cut it in half lengthwise and baked. I was able to make a keto friendly sub sandwich that my family loved!

I have eaten low carb high protein off and on for 27 years! Eating this way 27 years ago was not popular due to the governmental lies! about low fat, and high carbs! I'm glad society has started to come around to the truth, and the keto diet is saving people all throughout the world! Thank you for contributing to the true healthy way of eating!

      Keto is not low-carb, high-protein. Keto is high-fat, modest-protein, practically-no-carbs.

I dont struggle with the dough anymore I just put it in my stand mixer and it gets incorporated very easily and it becomes a nice evenly mixed dough I have made it many times this way and it works GREAT!
I also dont struggle with rolling it out anymore because it became a more cohesive dough it rolls out between two pieces of parchment easily... Its Terrific dough. SO glad I found it here.

I'm going to use this to make little sandwich buns, and I'm going to make my own little pork sausage patties so I can have a keto breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and sausage. I used to quite often stop at Tim Hortons (yes, I am Canadian!) and pick up a breakfast sandwich to eat on my way to work. Now I can have a much healthier version of that! So far I've lost 30 lbs with keto and fasting. Still got about 80 lbs to go.

I've heard (from the 2 Keto Dudes podcast) that this recipe works even better if you leave the eggs out. You don't really need eggs as a binder because the cheese does the job.

I made this recipe for myself during a family party (I made flour based pizza and stromboli for everyone else). At least half of the people tried my low carb pizza and were amazed at how good it was. This recipe made it easy to stay on plan. It may have even helped convince other family members that this WOE is doable and tasty. Thanks, again!

I tried your recipe with a few modifications. I mixed the melted cheese mixture with the almond flour+egg+seasonings using a Kitchenaid mixer with the dough mixer attachment. As long as I helped the mixture out (scraping it around), it was fine. Afterwards, I did flatten out the dough with my hands and then with a roller but mostly with my hands. I made my own pizza sauce--a recipe I've used with my regular pizza creation. We did a pepperoni and cheese pizza. My next challenge is a pizza with sausage and vegetables. For the first time, this recipe (with modifications) turned out delicious (and so low in carbs!). Thank you so much for providing this recipe. It's a keeper.

OMGosh, I made this last night and it was AMAZING. I am so happy that I found your UA-cam Channel, Kristie! I will definitely be making this a LOT. And it was super easy. I was really REALLY hungry when I started eating . I seriously felt like I was cheating on my diet, but this morning I was down again to a new low since moving to Texas. Because of all the protein in this, after one slice I was feeling satisfied and 2 slices were more than enough. The only thing different I did, was I added the garlic salt to the almond flour instead of sprinkling it on the top.

I used to work at Dominos, and my "lunch pizza" would be good with fathead dough: white sauce (alfredo,) spinach, banana pepper, a very little tomato and onion, bacon, and chicken if I feel like it; then top with provolone instead of mozzarella.

Do you think you could use oat fiber in this recipe with any success? I tried "Up Late Anyway's version of the fat head dough and was pleased by it, but wondered if the texture would turn out better with a bit of oat fiber. Would you have any suggestions on how to modify this recipe to accommodate the oat fiber? Thanks so much for your videos; they're invaluable to me on my HFLC journey!

shame you didn't get an answer I've got a very similar question I would like to replace the almond flour with oat fiber, less carbs and proteins plus when I mix dairy and almonds it makes my allergies flare up BIG time.
May give it a try in a couple of days and let you know how it works.

Oh my goodness. lol Your family cracks me up. :D I'm so excited to try this. We tried the cauliflower pizza crust, and while it was ok, it was still very much ... cauliflower. Hopefully, this one will be just what we have been looking for.

I have only made this once because it's a little too much cheese for me, but it was good. I won't use anything but my pizza stone. If you use parchment paper or even spray it a little, it won't stick at all and it will make a crispy crust. You don't even really need to spray the stone after a while because it becomes more slippery the more it is used. I make my pork rind crust on it all the time.

I’m wondering about doing this without a microwave. Double boiler? It looks delicious but I don’t cook with a microwave.

You should cook the crust first for 15 minutes and then flip it before u put the toppings on , it makes it firmer
