Jesus is the only way, but God also said physical health is of value, of course spiritual is most important, but it won’t make high blood pressure go away when God gave us wisdom and told us to take care of our temples.

I have been a Raw Vegan since January of this year. No Gluten, No Sugar, No processed food. It has been the hardest journey for me since I’ve went from 186lbs of muscle to 160lbs of being skinny. I was a beginning powerlifter deadlifting 315 and since I been raw vegan I felt like there is no reason for me to lift since I don’t have the same diet (meat & dairy) that got me to powerlifting. BUT Your videos have inspired me to start looking at working out like being healthy rather than me worrying about how heavy of lift I can do. Very encouraging! Keep going!

Praying and studying a devotional book or a inspirational prayer book
Or Just simply journaling and writing down scriptures and your own words from your heart talking to God and pray about what you want changed or something you want to work on for example healing or negativity challenges that you might face etc. hope this helps you!

Bible wise.. I would start with gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke & John. Read them as many times as it takes for you to start focusing, enjoying the reading & connecting dots. Don’t give up! It’s a struggle for many, many people to consistently read the Bible.
Don't skip over old testament as most people do. You won't understand the New without knowing the Old. Spending time with God asking for directions is a must. It is also helpful to start with what you're dealing with because there are scriptures for everything. Then that one scripture will lead you to the next if you are truly trying to improve yourself.
Start with Genesis. We need to know how it all started. The reason for Jesus. It’s in Genesis.
