I forgot my phone at home today & I went out to eat with my parents. At first I had urges to pick up my phone, but then I started enjoying spending time with them laughing & joking so much that I forgot all about my phone. It was nice living in the moment. It really resonated with me when you said, “We giving power to lust.” I immediately set a boundary with a gentleman that decided he wanted to pursue me recently and that boundary was me not feeling comfortable doing chest to chest, ya know, hugging for too long. That might sound crazy but as somebody who’s been abstinent for 5 years I don’t want lust creeping up on me and leading me to sin again. He literally disregarded that and violated my personal space. I was baffled. I didn’t say anything right then because we were alone and I was really worried about my safety. I had to go home and gather my thoughts first but I let him know respectfully I will not continue to converse with him. My boundaries are not suggestions. They are demands. Lust is nothing to play with and it won’t have power over me again. I’m chasing God and intimacy with HIM.💯

I just watched a podcast where someone said “what you’re doing is not sin, but does it lead to sin?” You realizing what that hug could lead to is so powerful and setting that boundary shows your heart for God. I love this boundary! June 15th, I will be 1 year abstinence from sex. And I was just thinking about ways that lust can creep up on us. I am cautious of even the music I listen to, many times I do not even listen to music. I lovethat you are standing on business for your boundaries and wanting to be pleasing to God!

If you’re crossing boundaries and I barely even know you imagine how terrible it would’ve been if I didn’t stand on business and continued entertaining him. It would’ve been at an all time high. I listen to a lot of Lofi and Christian podcasts just to keep my mind on the right things. I slip up every now and then and listen to a hip hop song but turn right back to what I know is right. The devil is the prince of the airways. Hence, all this demonic music that’s got us in a chokehold. The music is trash but it’s the beat to the music that’s got us hooked. My Apostle always reminds us of our 5 gates (senses) and how we have to guard each and every one of them. We’re not perfect but it’s about our efforts to do and be better.

I've been on a social media cleanse for the past two years and it's so peaceful. I don't have people clouding my thoughts or happiness. The first week I was scrolling thru my email just to scroll 😂 ... I started getting closer to God naturally and regrowing veggies and fruits from the roots or seeds. Truly, connecting to peace through solitude.

I have been experiencing this. Dreams about family, friends and community. This is the enemy's goal and is an attack on the way you think. The enemy's plan is to use dreams suggestions and subtle tricks to influence and arouse. Direct energy and frequencies from cell towers are being used to get to us and it is effecting brain chemistry. This is changing the state of consciousness, emotion, memory and thoughts to a lower vibration/frequency. This is psychological manipulation and experimentation. I have been experiencing heat in the head, front and side and eye flashes and floaters. The enemy's job is to try to get you to stop, but you have to keep going.
I’ve been struggling to just focus, to not get distracted by the little things in life that make my mind overthink.. And I’ve been just making sure I get into God’s Word every morning to realign me to focus on the Lord and His kingdom. And if I don’t, I get so lost and uneasy without getting into God’s Word before getting my day started, it’s my daily medicine. It’s so easy to get caught up in things of this world bc it’s easy. The challenge is to get in the habit of focusing on Gods love, goodness and find our identity in Him. I’ve been learning how to properly and respectfully get into God’s presence whenever I pray and read His Word and it’s helped me a lot. I recently stopped drinking alcohol completely and it’s hard but I want to be so focused on Jesus that surrendering anything and everything He asks me to, I’ll be ready to. I suggest playing "sleep protection prayers" in the background on your TV/phone when you go to sleep. If the light bothers you, buy a blindfold. I keep this on at night at the lowest possible volume and always feel the presence of the Lord protecting me at night.

Your conversation with us in the middle about being after Gods heart for some reason hit me so hard. I resonated so much and felt the depth in the your sincerity and admiration for God. I too am on an intentional God driven journey. & I can also confirm to others this journey is not easy but sooo rewarding! The level of peace and gratitude I receive randomly throughout the day is indescribable! & it does just make you want to spend more time in nature and more time reading and more time just with you & God. I am also vegan and did raw vegan for 30 days- extremely hard but the connection between me & God grew to another level and that’s all I care about! I’m just so happy for you and your journey and wish you and any others on a similar journey all the best and know you are never alone! God has you! The people you left behind will have to go through their own journey I learned I can’t rob them of their experience God wants to take them through no matter how much I want better for them. I’m going back watching this video and it’s resonating so much with me, especially the part about getting off the phone and out of scrolling. Today I turned my phone off and felt so at peace and heard God over what I was asking Him about. Minute I got back on my phone because I had to text my dad, I go on UA-cam and all the recommended videos were just so negative 😓🤢 But you got me laughing so hard right now, because you said “Harmless Harvest cocoa powder” 😂😭 in my mind, I’m like “they sell cocoa powder?” Lol, my goofy self thought that was so funny.

When you have some time, an encouraging scripture on speaking is in Exodus 4:11-17. Moses was fearful about speaking( not saying you are) but God told him he would give him the words to say. Just some encouragement to trust that God will give you the words! ( he already has! 🙏🏾✨) I agree about the phone being an idle as well, I think being in isolation/ alone a lot, it can become very easy to self soothe this way. At times, I feel less alone on my phone or more alone, depending on the day. But, I do want to be a woman after God’s own heart again. (aka Davida!😂) I’ve been insanely distracted by all the things that don’t truly matter & it’s so easy to forget they don’t matter once you take your eyes off Jesus. So; thank you for the reminder to get back on track& to walk boldly and confidently in what God has called me to do. I’m reminded my life has purpose, no matter how purposeless it can feel at times. 37:02 - you have to trust YOURSELF and how YOU feel with the fuel you put in your body. Food is fuel, I have way more energy with plant based diet. I physically feel better and healed a few health issues doctors couldn’t. 🤷🏻♀️ 🌱 You do you Phil, I love it.

We must watch what music we listen to, what shows we watch and the people we around because those things causes us to lust, be depressed, let what others say be our meditation which leads to us overthinking, doubting ourselves, thinking we must do this and do that because of the projected thoughts people put on us. It’s okay to be the different one in your family, you don’t have to follow the cycle, END THE CYCLE‼️Ask God for strength and guidance during the journey💯 I’m on my healing journey, I’ve been through so much especially with being the different 1 in the family, it’s not easy but God will give us the strength to keep going, seeking him and fulfilling my destiny

I’ve been struggling with that because I’ve been trying to find that happy medium, cause if it gets too warm during my sleep, I will wake sweaty and then it’s hard to go back to sleep…so then, I’m tired all day. Also, the Lord wakes me up at times, usually between 3-4am to pray (my Kingdom post). But sometimes my flesh rather sleep instead…I’m battling a lazy period, but I’m always tired. If you’re crossing boundaries and I barely even know you imagine how terrible it would’ve been if I didn’t stand on business and continued entertaining him. It would’ve been at an all time high. I listen to a lot of Lofi and Christian podcasts just to keep my mind on the right things. I slip up every now and then and listen to a hip hop song but turn right back to what I know is right. The devil is the prince of the airways. Hence, all this demonic music that’s got us in a chokehold. The music is trash but it’s the beat to the music that’s got us hooked. My Apostle always reminds us of our 5 gates (senses) and how we have to guard each and every one of them. We’re not perfect but it’s about our efforts to do and be better.

I've been on a social media cleanse for the past two years and it's so peaceful. I don't have people clouding my thoughts or happiness. The first week I was scrolling thru my email just to scroll 😂 ... I started getting closer to God naturally and regrowing veggies and fruits from the roots or seeds. Truly, connecting to peace through solitude.

I’ve been struggling to just focus, to not get distracted by the little things in life that make my mind overthink.. And I’ve been just making sure I get into God’s Word every morning to realign me to focus on the Lord and His kingdom. And if I don’t, I get so lost and uneasy without getting into God’s Word before getting my day started, it’s my daily medicine. It’s so easy to get caught up in things of this world bc it’s easy. The challenge is to get in the habit of focusing on Gods love, goodness and find our identity in Him. I’ve been learning how to properly and respectfully get into God’s presence whenever I pray and read His Word and it’s helped me a lot. I recently stopped drinking alcohol completely and it’s hard but I want to be so focused on Jesus that surrendering anything and everything He asks me to, I’ll be ready to.

Your conversation with us in the middle about being after Gods heart for some reason hit me so hard. I resonated so much and felt the depth in the your sincerity and admiration for God. I too am on an intentional God driven journey. & I can also confirm to others this journey is not easy but sooo rewarding! The level of peace and gratitude I receive randomly throughout the day is indescribable! & it does just make you want to spend more time in nature and more time reading and more time just with you & God. I am also vegan and did raw vegan for 30 days- extremely hard but the connection between me & God grew to another level and that’s all I care about! I’m just so happy for you and your journey and wish you and any others on a similar journey all the best and know you are never alone! God has you! The people you left behind will have to go through their own journey I learned I can’t rob them of their experience God wants to take them through no matter how much I want better for them. I’m going back watching this video and it’s resonating so much with me, especially the part about getting off the phone and out of scrolling. wow Phil thank you so much for sharing, everything you said is so true and relatable - once i really committed to giving my life to God I feel like the spiritual warfare has really been trying me in a way i never anticipated, i also relate to having dreams about my parents that do not bring me peace some days, but other days I'm overflowed with peace and joy and understanding ✨ i think thats why it's so important to understand that surrendering to God is a DAILY act because its sooo easy for our heart posture to slip back into our fleshly desires, it's gonna take a while to reprogram but I'm believing the journey is worth it!

When you have some time, an encouraging scripture on speaking is in Exodus 4:11-17. Moses was fearful about speaking( not saying you are) but God told him he would give him the words to say. Just some encouragement to trust that God will give you the words! ( he already has! 🙏🏾✨)
I agree about the phone being an idle as well, I think being in isolation/ alone a lot, it can become very easy to self soothe this way. At times, I feel less alone on my phone or more alone, depending on the day. But, I do want to be a woman after God’s own heart again. (aka Davida!😂) I’ve been insanely distracted by all the things that don’t truly matter & it’s so easy to forget they don’t matter once you take your eyes off Jesus. So; thank you for the reminder to get back on track& to walk boldly and confidently in what God has called me to do. I’m reminded my life has purpose, no matter how purposeless it can feel at times. RE: Your words on sleeping with the AC and a fan (fan in my face). I’ve been struggling with that because I’ve been trying to find that happy medium, cause if it gets too warm during my sleep, I will wake sweaty and then it’s hard to go back to sleep…so then, I’m tired all day. Also, the Lord wakes me up at times, usually between 3-4am to pray (my Kingdom post). But sometimes my flesh rather sleep instead…I’m battling a lazy period, but I’m always tired.
