Don’t give up, give your body time to heal, and stretch beforehand. You will slowly be able to up the distance you run every week. Go slow, one tip I learned was to run at a pace where you can breathe through your nose only, or keep a conversation going while you run. ( try the nose only method, that’s how you know you are going a good pace). And then you can incorporate a faster paced day in between those runs

I decided to do 100 seal burpees one day last week never having done one ( I’m reasonably fit and can do about 80-100 press ups). This is 300 press ups 200 crunches and the burpee- strict form I performed 101 Took me 40 mins - using this technique. The mind overcomes the body if you will it to do so

I got my ankle crushed at work 2 years ago and I'm finally walking again but it hurts real bad and the doctor just told me I need to get the surgery all over again because the bone graft did not work. 2 years of misery and depression and struggling just to get around and get myself fed and now I have to voluntarily go back and do it all over agaiall I can do do is do my best to keep myself going 😢

I know I'm echoing countless others when i say this is incredible and merely listening to this can be a moment of growth for that part of our brains that we are learning grows in response to our inner-will(the steam to the engine, or, maybe even a "temple where the holy spirit lives/breathes within each of us, our soul") and yet it shrinks as we neglect our free will, or our motivators to learn something new, I am sure it whithers away for those who suffer in their depression and/or circumstances to no end- because we are prone to "go with the flow" or "just wait and see" or brainwashed to "let it go man, just let it go," whatever the case- the point was clear that were all just beginning to learn and better understand a newly discovered part of the human brain... So! A wild wonder came to my mind: what happens to this part of our brain when we are asleep? To what extent, if any, is sleep an impact on this part of our brains? Additionally, my other wonder was: let's say any one of us implements things in our lives that prove to grow this part of our brains consistently, is there a "limit"? Or could there be consequences to other parts of our brains, such as being so driven and "bull-headed" that you run to any "bull's eye" target only to be fooled (analogy to a bull in a ring with a ___) And last but not least; what do others think- how can we better balance this "newfound part of us" so that we are exercising this part of our brain as well as being mindful not to exhaust it or neglect other parts of our brains/mind/free spirit, etc?
Suffering can be an essential part of success, but make sure your working towards and suffering for the right reasons... If your suffering to complete something that isn't going to help you, then stop..... It's important to work towards and persevere for something that's worth it and will help you in the future. To many people can't let go of the past, and they suffer needlessly. Don't be one of those people. You want to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel and move towards it , to get your reward.

I lose my legs. but until the point of I know i can make it back to home station i keep going.
