BUT I've been getting up at 6 a.m. to do some morning prayer, alone time before the whole house awakens. I used to wake up at 6 am as a toddler. I brought this regimen till my first year at uni. Then social networks ruined my sleep schedule. I got it back like 15 years later after discovering going to bed and waking up at the same time.

Most jobs do, if you have a 9-5 and wake up at 5:30 you can get 2.5 hours of this in, which should cover most of what he did in the video. You'd be surprised.

Taking a shower, having a relaxing skincare routine, then having breakfast, making your bed, WATCHING UA-cam, taking daily vitamins and only then starting your day. Sorry but you're crazy if you think most jobs allow this. This guy is a youtuber, works from home and has zoom meetings. Yeah his job allows this. Most don't.

Your morning routine is identical just like mine. I go through anxiety and all of that stuff in the morning especially as a coffee shop owner. I get up at 3 o’clock in the morning so I have to be up before everyone else and the first thing that happens when I open my eyes my mind goes 1000 miles an hour, but the first thing I do is smoke to deal with it, which isn’t technically a healthy habit, but it helps helps.

Heres my routine: I live in the American Gardens building on West 81st street. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion. There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

Might be quite tough to start with, but I recommend having coffee around 2 hours after you wake up. For me, it helps prevent the afternoon crash. I believe there is also some studies that show your body still is waking up for the first 90 minutes of the day.

if one of your goals at the gym is hypertrophy, having a cold shower within the 6-8h after the session can really hurt your progress. keep that in mind

(My english is bad) You are the first youtuber I have seen made the bed after ventilating it. My mom also said this when I was a kid and I always make my bed after 2 hours if I have time. She said that if we make our beds with all the moisture and warmness in it, it would produce mites in it. If I don't, then I open my window for faster air circulation :) Also I liked the rest of the video.

I know this is an old video (amazing work btw!!) but I just wanted to make a quick note - when you wear sunscreen, always make sure to pump out 2 stripes of product (like 2 lines that cover the lenght of your index and middle finger), that'll ensure your face and neck will 100% be protected! just 2 pointers but the rest is soo uzzing...1.hydrate only with boiled warm water. this is in TCM believed the best to wake up your intestines after sleep/ gets rid of mocus/ all the stagnation and gets you rehydrated and warmed up - never cold. 2. drinking coffee on an empty stomach is flipping acidic as ffff and you are damaging your intestine.. I start mine at 7:30 and get to work at 9, #wfm 💙

Letting your bed breathe is actually a very good thing. During the night you sweat a bit, letting your bed air out in the morning before tidying it up avoids bacteria build up due to unproper drying of the humid linens. That could cause skin issues, and is generally gross, so air it out every morning as you do and change your sheets at least once a week and you'll be good! Your mom gave you a very good piece of advice!

Nice smooth routine. I always try to do at least 30 minutes of reading in the morning because it's usually super quiet. Also be sure to do your skin care routine on your neck too! v important thing people tend to forget that the neck will wrinkle as much as the face as we age.

I do a 9-5. I own a clothing line and trying to make that work, I also am trying to fit in a gym sesh on a daily basis but its hard, especially because the 9-5 takes up the whole day. Letting your bed breathe is actually a very good thing. During the night you sweat a bit, letting your bed air out in the morning before tidying it up avoids bacteria build up due to unproper drying of the humid linens. That could cause skin issues, and is generally gross, so air it out every morning as you do and change your sheets at least once a week and you'll be good! Your mom gave you a very good piece of advice!

Nice smooth routine. I always try to do at least 30 minutes of reading in the morning because it's usually super quiet. Also be sure to do your skin care routine on your neck too! v important thing people tend to forget that the neck will wrinkle as much as the face as we age.

I do a 9-5. I own a clothing line and trying to make that work, I also am trying to fit in a gym sesh on a daily basis but its hard, especially because the 9-5 takes up the whole day. This guy is living the life I wanna live.
