These are wonderful exercises! I am an active 61 year old woman but find that I injure very easily. I feel that because these exercises are geared toward the older generation, I will still be able to maintain my muscle tone and bone strength with less chance of injury. Thank you!

I am recovering from bilateral hip replacements and I am 58 years old because of leg length discrepancy. I have been out of work for 14 months following my first surgery and then continued or new leg discrepancy after my second surgery. I am trying to get back into exercise slowly, and I found that this video is perfect for my needs of where I am right now. I’m wondering if you have some thing that advances from this to an next step? Today is my second day doing this work out but I plan to do it for a couple of weeks and then I would love to progress to something a little bit more challenging. Hopefully im up for that.
I definitely am. The hardest thing I. This program is the forward lunges. Definitely can’t get the back leg to almost the floor. What my physical therapists have explained is that because of the se verity of both of my injuries 3 years apart and the fact that I was working 12 hour days on a very fast paced nursing unit, all of the muscles that surrounded my hip joint and made it move properly basically shut down to protect my hips and my calves did the majority of the work to propel and balance me. In fact I. The first year following my second injury my calves each grew 3”. My tibialis is so big and though I can’t see my calves my son-in -law was on a walk with me the other day and said they looked like body builder calves “I wish mine looked like that” and he works out all the time. Anyway getting everything moving again and strengthen and flexible has proved to be a long journey but your program is exactly what I needed to get started. This is day three. I plan to do this workout for at least 2 weeks and then I’m hoping to find something from you that pushes me a little further. Thank you again!!!! I want you really play with my grandchildren again. Did I also say I have a 1/2” leg length discrepancy? Uggghhhh. It’s been a trial- but I will win!!!!!
Dear Anne: since the last time I watched your video, I have made a great progress. 👍 I been doing the exercises for the hiatal hernia , the bridge and the one to strengthen the diaphragm: very helpful. I had taken a quuik look at your other exercises. as well, look like they could be very helpful as well. Do you know one, simple exercise to strengthen the muscles of the stomach without straining the neck and the back? Please 🙏 let me know.

This is a progression but pace yourself during warm up with the hip mobility stretching
