The over 50 trainer at my gym (planet Fitness) have us doing mountain climbers and jumping squats, battle ropes etc. I was reluctant initially but once I gave it a try I was shocked I could build up to doing vigorous exercises. Now I'm so glad she challenged us. If you're in good health and over 50 sky is the limit! I'm 57 yrs old. Exercise actually improves arthritis and other ailments.

I’m so glad I found you! Thank you. I am 71 had a hysterectomy at 45, and had abdominal surgery in January. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and chronic back pain. Until the last few years I was a runner and did hitt workouts daily as well as yoga. I have missed working out and being the person I used to be. My muscles have completely atrophied and I am so weak. I so enjoyed this workout and feel so good afterwards. I look forward to following you daily. Again thank you. I feel so hopeful for the first time in three years.

thank you for this great workout. I'm recovering from a bout of out of control hyperthyroidism, and right now can't do anything that elevates my heart rate much. I miss my HIIT workouts! I’ve been doing yoga for many many years and some other over 50 strength training ones but I really really enjoyed this because you did different poses with the strength building ex that I felt like I got a stronger workout in 15 min. I am 61 do Pilates, yoga, chi gong, and rebounding 3 times a week. I have bone spurs and arthritis in my left hip, and a bit of sciatica. Thank you for posting these videos, I had to stop doing the Pilates after having hernia surgery but your videos on how to strengthen the muscles in that area and all your great information has brought the Pilates back into my routine, I thank you!

Thank you for the tip on wrist pain. I have dealt with that for the last 7 years. I've asked my doctor and everyone I can, but no one had any recommendations other than aspirin. I'm excited to see if strengthening my upper body helps.
Just came across this video and put it into my workout routine. I had prolapse surgery and hysterectomy this past year and just now getting back into moving again. Thanks for bring light onto that procedure since not quite sure what exercises I can do now.

And if u have any excercises for people with lumbar fusions PLEASE POST🙏 I am almost 4 years into my recovery of an L4L5 Lumbar Fusion and there has been little I have been able to do in light of exercises. Every time I try an exercise I always injure myself no matter how modify I do them.... At the age of 40 this became my go-to workout, it reeeealy gives me the feeling of a hard and thorough workout, I feel all my muscles, and using weights is good for my insuline resistance.
Loved your video. Have been doing Stotts Pilates for years but it became too expensive as a senior. Your workout is perfect even though it is done on the floor. I can do this even with arthritic wrists. Thanks and looking forward to more of your workouts. I will be 69 very soon.

I just watched this all the way through. 😊 It looks so great. I don't know what's wrong with me. I have a book with stretching exercises and I just haven't been doing them, but your moves look really good, even relaxing, if that makes sense!
