The over 50 trainer at my gym (planet Fitness) have us doing mountain climbers and jumping squats, battle ropes etc. I was reluctant initially but once I gave it a try I was shocked I could build up to doing vigorous exercises. Now I'm so glad she challenged us. If you're in good health and over 50 sky is the limit! I'm 57 yrs old. Exercise actually improves arthritis and other ailments.

I’m so glad I found you! Thank you. I am 71 had a hysterectomy at 45, and had abdominal surgery in January. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and chronic back pain. Until the last few years I was a runner and did hitt workouts daily as well as yoga. I have missed working out and being the person I used to be. My muscles have completely atrophied and I am so weak. I so enjoyed this workout and feel so good afterwards. I look forward to following you daily. Again thank you. I feel so hopeful for the first time in three years.

Really enjoyed this workout! Gentle stretches and yet the repetitions made it challenging! Jessica offered great motivation and a quick work out to support movement and aging!

Jessica thank you so much for this I can’t begin to tell you how this is made my day doing this work out I do have some prolapse going on I do believe it’s from all the aggressive workouts I’ve done over the years running Boot Camp etc...that has made it worse, feeling depressed that I really can’t do anything anymore this is made me realize that I can still be strong and work out and feel like myself thank you thank you

Thank you! Yes we can do all workouts but doing them for what we are lacking helps me realize strength training and getting up and down, so glute & thigh strength is good. I want less limits to lifting and moving around!! Thanks for the information!!❤❤

I liked subscribed and will be viewing the videos. By the way I’m a fit 61 year old granny who has exercised and kept in from fair to good a hella lotta years 😂 I was highly impressed with the wisdom at 42 to know it’s an investment 👏👏👏spot on information. I just watched this all the way through. 😊 It looks so great. I don't know what's wrong with me. I have a book with stretching exercises and I just haven't been doing them, but your moves look really good, even relaxing, if that makes sense!

Love this workout! Strengthening the core is so important in keeping your balance as you age. I am 60. I love the osteoporosis prevention and strengthening the whole body as well. As a health and wellness consultant I have enjoyed sharing your video with others.

Thank you, Jessica. I am 55 years young and 6 months ago broke my left hip and had a full hip replacement. I have always kept myself physically fit and as toned as possible and my goal is to not let this minor setback inhibit my movement and keep from my fitness.
This was a great workout covering many of my needs, and very informative for me, I'm 65 and aim to regain some suppleness in particular.
Just came across this video and put it into my workout routine. I had prolapse surgery and hysterectomy this past year and just now getting back into moving again. Thanks for bring light onto that procedure since not quite sure what exercises I can do now.

I have a recent dx. of osteoporosis.. Happy 60th bday to me. This is a good workout. I am searching for the perfect combination of home workout videos. I want to be able to lift my own luggage into the overhead bin also!
