I really enjoyed this class. It was again more challenging but I liked the addition of the primal movement parts and although it was more complicated to follow I enjoyed being lost in the movement.
I have struggled with cobra for years until doing your videos. Now I know how to better engage my core to support my low back, and focus/engage my upper back muscles. It feels SO much better. Loved the new/different poses and Twister inspired step throughs. Good for the brain as well as the body!
This was a great practice, Tim. Thanks for putting it together and sharing. I did get a little tangled up in some of your fancy leg moves through the arms etc but I just laughed at myself and will try it again. Laughter is yoga too. You're awesome.
I've been taking your classes for the last few weeks and am really feeling huge benefits, much stronger, more centered, after several years of yoga practice. Thank you so much. Look forward to all your classes.
Hi Tim, compared to earlier videos, the newer classes really differ with some other movements techniques. I like it - as an addition to "normal" vinyasa style classes. Just a little too short for me sometimes - and waking us up after Shavasana is sometimes a little speedy 😂 thanks for your great work over the years!
You got it and thank you Lukulla. If you like the longer classes you'll like the CMC (Conscious Movement Community). I post all of my longer stronger classes there. Check the weekly videos catalog, there’s lots of 1 hour - 1.5 hour classes in there. You get a new, exclusive, ‘members only’ longer/stronger/deeper class every week. Here’s the link: www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
Another great work out Tim . As a long time on again ,off again body builder at 53 I got sick of waking up so stiff . Gave up the weights for good and converted to Yoga . I just feel way better . Done wonders for my golf swing too .
I really liked the variety. Wasn’t expecting it to be so challenging… one of those days where you underestimate the yoga instructor! Thank you for a wonderful and surprising practice.
I loved this practice, it felt like a yogic intro to break dancing! I agree with the other commenter, my transitions were also inelegant. In life and and yoga you should never take yourself too seriously.
Fun class. The crawling up and down, crab crawl and legs through the arms moves were challenging. I worked up quite a sweat. It was fun. Not your average yoga class. It was a nice change. Thanks, Tim. Namaste.
One of my absolute favorite flows! I do 45 minutes of strength training, then this flow here, and I feel great! My whole back, complete coordination much better! Above all, the functional training elements are great! xx
It was a very nice change to do these exercises and I am fan of your wise words at the end that it’s not the experience that makes the memory but your own thoughts about it, so true and good to keep in mind🙏🤗
I absolutely love that you add Pilates type moves to this yoga practice! Your ypga classes are more strength based ❤. Thank you for explaining shoulder blade positioning ~. Something I’ve never thought about! Great workout!
I found your videos during the beginning of the pandemic, since I wasn't able to go to the gym, I started practicing with your them ever since. I didn't know how important Yoga and Meditation are for your body and soul during those difficult times. I finished almost all of your challenges and they've helped to know my body and mind better, thanks to your knowledge. It has been almost two and a half years since I started and I definitely feel great and in the best shape of my life at 60 years old. Thank you Tim!!
Your mention of ‘twerking’ already cracked me up at the beginning, I had to stop the video to calm down before continued doing the class. Thanks again, dude!
The physicality and unique movements of this practice got me out of my head. But it was the meta advice in chivasana about our thoughts constructing our reality which was most meaningful. I am a grasshopper still working on that one.
I am travelling and I have a limited amount of space in this guest bedroom so some of those moving transitions had me reaching under the bed (next video "how to do yoga in a closet" :-) ) It added a bit of comedy to my practice this morning - but neither sleet nor snow nor small bedroom will keep me from my yoga. I have to say, I really liked the thoughts you expressed at the end about being strong and subtle like a willow - to find the areas in your body that are rigid - and that your experience is shaped by your thoughts. I really responded to that, and I was thinking, damn, this Tim is an awesome teacher .... :-) Good job, Tim - thank you!
A Toughie Tim! You lost me at all the plant the hand and pull your leg through to plank! 😂 Good to know you can still loose me after years of following you for my practice. 🙏
You definitely did not get too weird, not for me anyway. I am a 30 year Yogini and love the challenging stuff. This session was great for some challenge but also because it was different. I felt great afterward. Love your channel - keep em comin Tim. Thank you.
I am sweating something good after this class! I feel like your classes now from the earlier ones have changed a bit for the better, they feel different, they have become more quieter, more fuller, more grounded, where in the end in the scorpion stretch pose I just had a moment of complete peace and happiness, its hard to explain but Thank you for such beauty and peace you brought into my life today!
I love the variety of poses--it felt like you mixed it up a bit! Also, any practice that includes headstand, plow and a (mostly) silent shavasana is a win for me.
Thanks for such a great class Tim! I loved how this really stretched every part of my body (legs, spine, shoulders, core and side). I also appreciated that it was physically challenging without holding one specific pose for an extremely long period of time. I was surprised at how difficult the crawling exercise was! I kept moving the wrong hand or foot 😄 I would love more movements like that which challenge the mind-body connection.
there were quite a few moves I couldn't successfully do (the crawling ones with their transitions) but it was fun to try! A quick question - when you are bringing our attention to the timed inhales and exhales, I always find myself automatically reversing them when not paying attention, ie, inhaling when you are exhaling and vice versa. Why would that be, and is it a problem?
Hey, Gayle. Pranayama trains focus. Practice staying with me. The mind will wander. Stay with the breath. Going forward, I’m happy to answer personal coaching questions on the Conscious Movement Community (CMC) site. Just send me your message on the CMC chat feature. You can try it for 2 weeks free right now, click the link: www.timsenesiyoga.com/consciousmovement
Great practice -- and I appreciated the shoulder protractrion/retraction movements and reminders. On the crawling movement, I got tangled in my own thoughts of which arm/leg to move together and wondered/laughed if I ever learned how to even crawl as a child - ha?! It didn't seem like I did! I'll have to practice again. Thank you :)
I loved this class and the variety added more strength training which I really enjoyed. At times I wished it was a little bit slower, if you really want a true critique. I will repeat and it may not seem so fast. A great way to wake up! Thanks to you Tim, I am a follower for life. Namaste.
Hi, Tim.I did day 3. Have to practice these “tricky” movements , walking backwards and forwards, left and right..Nice metaphore with the wipping willow tree.Namasté 🙏🏼✨
Absolutely loved this session Tim, like one of all time best! I find flows like this with unconventional movements really challenge me mentally and physically. Would love to see more like this.
AMAZING practice!!! What an original and interesting sequence with new variety??? I loved it all and I did get sweaty ! This must be the best video you have ever recorded. Thank you so much, you are the best.
Good morning to all this community. Thanks Tim for this incredible class exercises I love this sequence very interesting to training the body and the mind in the difference coordination of the changing movements. Well you know so well what I mean 😊 Are you hosting live class today? Have good dynamic day 👋 Namaste 🙏
Ok, thanks for the feedback, sorry to hear that it was tough on your knees. Maybe come back to this one after your knees get better with regular practice.
I loved the variety in this class. I’ve started doing MovNat recently and was excited to some of the same mobility movements from that practice. As always your cues and pacing were great. This is definitely one I’ll be coming back to! (Though I think I say that about every new class you put up 😆)
Loved loved loved. Flowing with strength and control from one pose to the next was doable yet challenging and allowed us to focus on breath control to help with this. Loved the shoot-throughs and the primal movements you incorporated too. Beast mode unleashed 😅
Namaste. Liked this a lot. Enjoyed the dynamic movement aspects. Lots new here to digest, will definitely be doing this routine multiple times. Thank you.
Primal yoga flow!!! I have been waiting for this, thank you Tim. More please, maybe even a long form class on conscious movement with integrated poses like Lizard, single leg poses and hip switches?
Loved this class Tim, pace and flow spot on, good mix of poses and enjoyed the new movement element, the time went so fast and what I love about yoga, there is no chance of your mind wandering, total concentration was there!! Thanks for your thoughtful construction and wonderful commentary along the way! I do your classes with my 24 yo son and we love that we laugh and smile during yoga. We would love to come to your retreat in Bali, being Aussies it would be a little easier for us to get there!
Well, that was different. Loved it! It’s fun to try moving in different ways. It helps with the brain-body connection. Somehow the crawling was confusing to me at first. Just a sign I need to do more of this. Thanks!
Let me know if you liked the variety in this class and if you’d like to see more like it. Hope it was a good challenge for you.
I would love to see more like this. ✨
yessss, loved it and sweated a lot. Also, i really enjoyed the few tricky moves that you included - the crawling and the transitions between them.
I really liked the variety in this class even though it was really challenging for me :) Looking forward to doing it again.
Yes I loved it!
Oh yeah... great class. Thanks
Tim explains the poses so well I don't have to watch the screen. I just listen. thanks Tims
You're welcome Dorothy. Thank you
Definitely a challenge! You are right about one thing: I've never seen some of these moves in a yoga class.
Ha! Thank you Jimmie
I really enjoyed this class. It was again more challenging but I liked the addition of the primal movement parts and although it was more complicated to follow I enjoyed being lost in the movement.
Got it and glad you enjoyed it. Thank you.
This was great power yoga.I forgot how tough it can be. I took my kids on a week long camping trip and didn't do my yoga, now I am feeling it.
Ahhh... Payin' the price. But I'm sure time with the kids makes up for it. 😉
I have struggled with cobra for years until doing your videos. Now I know how to better engage my core to support my low back, and focus/engage my upper back muscles. It feels SO much better. Loved the new/different poses and Twister inspired step throughs. Good for the brain as well as the body!
Thanks for the nice feedback Laura
This was a great practice, Tim. Thanks for putting it together and sharing. I did get a little tangled up in some of your fancy leg moves through the arms etc but I just laughed at myself and will try it again. Laughter is yoga too. You're awesome.
You def have the right attitude. Thank you James.
I've been taking your classes for the last few weeks and am really feeling huge benefits, much stronger, more centered, after several years of yoga practice. Thank you so much. Look forward to all your classes.
Tims the man and he does not talk too much like the BoHo channel .
👍
Thank you Emmie. So good to hear this.

I really liked the variety. Wasn’t expecting it to be so challenging… one of those days where you underestimate the yoga instructor! Thank you for a wonderful and surprising practice.
You got it. Thanks Eileen
My favourite challenge so far! Can't wait to one day join the Conscious movement community.
Thank you Anja. Would love to have you with us on the CMC!
I loved this practice, it felt like a yogic intro to break dancing! I agree with the other commenter, my transitions were also inelegant. In life and and yoga you should never take yourself too seriously.

Glad you liked it. Thanks Kathy

Way cool! Thanks Lucy

Hey Darlene. "how to do yoga in a closet" Hahaha. Great idea. 😉
A Toughie Tim! You lost me at all the plant the hand and pull your leg through to plank! 😂 Good to know you can still loose me after years of following you for my practice. 🙏
😁
Such a great class! Loved the addition of what I thought was some functional fitness. So, so good! I really enjoy your teaching style. Grateful 🙏
Glad you liked it. Thank you Marla
Excellent class. Some of the poses were challenging for me but I am gaining strength with every practice. Thank you Tim!
Wonderful! Thanks Nahla

Great to hear. Thanks Jen
I love the variety of poses--it felt like you mixed it up a bit! Also, any practice that includes headstand, plow and a (mostly) silent shavasana is a win for me.
Nice! Thanks Julie
Great class. Challenging with the walks and sliding leg through. I found space in all of them just worked slowly on each! Thank you!
Way to go. Thanks Carl.
Thanks for such a great class Tim! I loved how this really stretched every part of my body (legs, spine, shoulders, core and side). Hopefully in good way 😊
Great practice -- and I appreciated the shoulder protractrion/retraction movements and reminders. Yeah... it's good (essential) to learn to laugh at ourselves - isn't it?

Thank you!
