Love, love, love this class. The short meditation beginning and end are such a great way to start and finish + the sequences are as usual perfect and the challenge level that I enjoy. 40 minutes perfect length to do everyday. By the way, Tim your paid channel offers great material as well. If some of your viewers are like me and use mostly your UA-cam channel, I do encourage them to get a paid membership. We are doing your videos nearly daily and you deserve something for your great work and keeping us moving. You are a soothing addition to our life. Thanks.

I've been through ashtanga, read a ton of books, practiced for almost a decade, informed with anatomy, pranayama, zen and vipassana, took all sorts of courses, met countless teachers, geeked out in designing my own sequences... And still i come back to Tim Senesi. This guy is (inter)national treasure, and if you just stumbled across accidentally or are new to yoga just know that he knows his stuff in depth. I trust him more than anyone in yoga and haven't even met him in person. His method simply makes you feel your best and befriend your body. I feel i speak for a lot of us when I say we are in indebted man.

Thanks Tim! That was great. I LOVED the ‘flowing’ cat/cow. Such a great stretch! I found this quite challenging with all the core work since that is my weakness, but challenging in a good way!

I really struggled with this one. I felt great at the end but it was more challenging than I expected. Your classes are all strong I think but this one was hard (in a good way)!!!

Really like the reminder to start with a beginners mind, it really does help open the mind and have a fresh outlook on how to process the movements. This was a strong, intense class with very interesting transitions. Great core work with the roll-ups. Nice to finish with an OM, very peaceful. Thank you! I started a daily morning practice back in December with Adriene. She set up a fantastic foundation of knowledge and understanding, and then I needed and wanted something more challenging. This practice was great, helping me remember to breathe and also giving me silence and space to be in the pose. Thank you!

I really enjoyed that one! I have a question about the CMC... how do you determine what level/stage we are in our practice (then in order to take us deeper)??
There are courses, once you can do all the poses, transitions and exercises in the course you advance to the next.

Outstanding class today, Tim. It's amazing how much variation you bring to each practice, no two classes are the same. Really enjoyed this one!
PS- I usually do one yoga class a week (this is it!), as I use it to supplement my strength and other fitness training routines that I build myself. But, eventually I do intend on diving deeper into the practice and when I do, I will properly join the CMC. Thank you for making this available in the meantime!

I´ll name this class "The mental toxin release session" - loved it, love all the twisting moves. Feels like the twisting squeezes out tension build-up. Hard to hold plank so much, but sooo good. Thanks Tim.
