I am excited about a spring series. I would love daily 30-minute dynamic workouts 5 days a week and flexibility 2 times a week. Not too interested in theory and philosophy as a part of it.

A beautiful class, Tim. It's four months with my new heart valve and I'm more appreciative than ever for my body. All the poses felt new, different and I'm amazed by what my body could do previously, which I of course took for granted. It might be awhile until I have the strength to do chaturanga, so the modified version will have to do for now.

What a fantastic class! It’s a wonderful challenge to slow asanas down and hold them. You included almost all my favorite poses. Are we “allowed” to have favorites? We East Coasters are jealous of your weather in March but thanks for the vicarious summer pleasure. Many thanks for all you share with us.
Oh cool, thanks, glad you liked it. I mean ultimately we pass all judgement and all experience is seen as what we need at the time, but I think that's after your enlightened, so until then you could have favorites 😂😉

Oh my goodness, it was heavenly to do those neck stretches! 👍 Love the setting too. I had a great setting with snow covered mountains in the background! 🏔 This was an excellent practice - I know I’ll do it again. Practicing balance is good for me. Thank you! The order of poses you're referring to is from the ashtanga vinyasa system and is just one way to sequence poses. If you feel it necessary please add it. I often do include it after Sarvangasana, from all the years of practicing those ashtanga sequences.

Thank you so much Tim! Just moved to a new country, still in quarantine, fairly jet lagged - doing the best I can with a hard wooden floor and not much space. A perfect mix of gentle and fiery to start the day. I liked the option to incorporate handstand especially.

Hi Tim, I look forward to the spring challenge. I am always interested in improving flexibility/stability so I would be more interested in that. Also would enjoy learning and listening to philosophy and theory. That is one of the things I miss about the yoga studio I went to for years. Unfortunately they closed permanently due to Covid.

Great new location, Tim! I mean the viewpoint, not the table (looks like you own it though ;)). Plough was a great surprising addition to the flow, by the time we got there I felt open and strong and managed a lot straighter posture than usual. Namaste

really nice flow. liked the abs early on and the neck stretches were sublime. standing routine that combined warrior 3 with eagle was cool too.

Loved the variety but oh boy some were difficult for me but I tried! Been away from yoga for a while, house renovations got in the way so I’m grateful for the content of this class, thank you Tom, hopefully I’ll be a more regular class mate from now on!💕

Regarding a spring series, please include Philosophy and Theory - this is so rare to find among yoga online taught in your clear, teaching style. As a side note, I have become interested in how yoga instructors go to India to study yoga - where it seems that our Western approach to yoga (the more physical part) is just a branch of a larger yoga tree, yet in the East they see yoga more from the shoulders up - a way to quiet the mind, the find peace. I am often curious why this meditative side of yoga is not carried back to the West as much as the active side. Thanks to your videos, both myself and my son are now practicing meditation to quiet the mind, etc. I would love to hear see more content in that area as well. Thanks Tim, keep up the good work, and we are grateful for the content that you provide 🙂
Thanks for the feedback, Darlene! You are correct in your perception that '...in the East they see yoga more from the shoulders up - a way to quiet the mind' and find peace whereas in the West the emphasis is less so. We'll explore 'Philosophy and Theory' in the upcoming Spring Challenge.
I loved this sequence! It felt really nice to do those conscious neck stretches before starting with child's pose, down dog, and forward bends. You definitely felt more lengthening and decompression in the upper spine.
